Only used a few times so far and eggs (omelets) slide right out of pan. Cleans easily.

Exactly what I was looking for! I'm able to evenly heat and quickly cook sauces or make lentil soup. Highly recommend.

The pans are the right weight which makes cooking easier since the whole family uses them everyday.

I have used the pan a few times and it does not disappoint. I had reached a point with other non-stick pans that I would gag eating scrambled eggs. After doing research on line, I realized it must be toxins. I did additional research and chose Green Pan and have been able to enjoy scrambled eggs again for breakfast! Yay!! Thank you.

This is my first Green Pan and I'm very happy with it so far. I'll have to see how it stands up over time, but as of now the non-stick surface is great, I like that the handle doesn't get hot, and it is dishwasher-friendly. I'd like to order more Green Pans!

I fried eggs in it and the food almost slid out on the floor while I plated it. I defrosted blocks of frozen marinara sauce in it and nothing stained. I also baked a blueberry cobbler in it, let it cool and then stored the cobbler in the pan in the fridge for a day. That wiped right out too. I have to say I’m impressed and glad to have a lighter alternative to my beloved cast iron skillet. Because I don’t care what anyone says, I refuse to EVER cook eggs in cast iron skillet again and sometimes it’s just nice to have a lid that fits perfectly.
