Nice chair. We bought two for the office. One chair was good. The other chair had a broken piece. I thought that Sam's would just replace the part, but they sent a whole new chair and had me return the whole other chair. Seemed like a waste of money on their part, but they sent the new chair quickly and it was a fairly easy pick up to return the other chair. The chairs are very nice looking. We like them so far. Only had them a month, but we're hoping they are durable.

This chair was easy to put together even for a 75-year-old lady! But the real joy is how comfortable and well-built I've found it. This was a big plus and it looks great in my seating/tv viewing area next to my computer desk. It can even be used easily and comfortably as an extra chair when company visits. Even my daughter loves it which doesn't happen often, HA!

I was looking for a new desk chair and found this one on the Sam's Website without any reviews. It looked good so I went to the store and purchased. It went together easily, all parts and a tool are supplied. When I sat in it it felt to me to be the most comfortable chair I have ever used. In just 24 hours my lower back soreness went away. I actually look forward to sitting at my desk for work so I have the opportunity to use this thing. The lumbar support is the key, a big pillowed cushion works wonders and the seat is very soft.

The thick, padded seat is ever so comfortable and the angled edge prevents the chair from cutting into the back of one's legs. Even more important, the lumbar support in this chair is amazing and provides much relief for age-related issues affecting my lumbar spine. It is a good task chair for doing desk and computer work and is also great for just watching TV. The flip-up arms are nice to have, especially when I want to work on some knitting...allows freedom for the needles. All in all, this was a great purchase, given that I selected it based on description and without testing. My hubby said that assembly was reasonable and fairly quick.

I made this purchase for my back & because I work from home. My first chair had damages and the representatives put in the order for a replacement chair. This was the best decision I made for a chair. No more back pain while sitting. It's comfortable, soft, durable, and adjustable arms. The back of my legs do not become numb while sitting for several hours. Loving the high back for great Lumbar, shoulder & neck support. I'm recommending this chair to any consumer.

The chair seat is hard-not what I expected from information given about the type of material used for the seat. Right arm will not stay in open/up position. I put it up and every time I swivel or turn in the chair, the arm falls down. The chair would be much better if it was made with the ability lock it into position when tilted back.

This is the absolute most comfortable office chair that I have used in many years. The way the lumbar support is setup, you never have to adjust it. It will adjust to your movements. I highly recommend this office chair for serious sitting warriors.

This is the 3rd office chair I have purchased since fall 2020. So far the best quality. I had to contact the manufacturer for (1) piece of missing hardware. It was super simple and arrived in about 3-4 days. Doesn't detract from the review, it's a great chair, so comfortable and the arms fit under my desk, which was a must have for me.

Went together fairly easy, very comfortable to sit on. Only drawback is its leather and in my home office is in front of my air conditioner so its really cold to sit in first thing in the morning- i usually use a blanket to sit on- im sure in winter ill appreciate it more

I usually don't buy a chair without sitting in it first, but this chair turned out to be a great purchase. It is very comfortable, and I love the floating back support and the ability to adjust the arm height. It is a pretty large chair...larger than I need but it is so comfortable.
