My kindergarten has a hard time bringing things home from school and the dividers have not returned half way into the school year. We contacted customer service to help us and they were awesome. I will buy these for my son when he goes to school too!

I love these lunch boxes. My daughter has used hers for 3 years and they still look brand new. I just bought another set for my son but unfortunately lost one of the dividers. Customer service has kindly offered to replace it, free of charge. I have been very happy with the company. I will continue to purchase from lunch boxes and accessories for as long as we need them!

We have been using bentgo boxes for the last two years for my son's lunch for school. We have been so pleased with how they keep all his food separate, even fruit that has juice stays put in its spot and doesn't leak out of the box and onto his lunch bag or into other items in his lunch. Definitely recommend these boxes!

Bought this Bentgo fresh almost 2 years ago to use for packing my kids’ lunches. Works well, doesn’t leak and provides ample room to pack lots of yummy food. Customer service is amazing. I noticed a small crack in the insert, contacted customer service as it was still under warranty and a replacement was sent immediately! Thank you for an awesome product!!!

My 6 year old has two different ones of these... they are great for her lunch (enough for her to eat, and the divider gives flexibility if she wants one "big" thing like a sandwich or a salad, rather than more smaller amounts of food. We lost the divider and they are replacing it for free. Customer service was quick and responsive! Even though this is plastic, I know my daughter will use these for a long time, and I am very happy with this purchase!

All three of my kids have these lunch boxes, two school-agers and one in daycare. They are great products and are truly leak proof. The sections give plenty of room for everything you need and the divider is a great touch in case you need it! There is nothing else I would buy in the future for their lunch needs than Bentgo products. Their customer service is fantastic, too!

I bought these Bentgo lunch boxes and they hold up! We’ve tried the knockoff bc of the price but I learned the hard way because I ended up throwing the knock off in the trash after only a couple of uses. I finally caved and voila! They’re the best! I don’t have to worry about staining, smelling, not keep the food warm or cold and light weight which is a plus! I would never go back to any knockoff lunch box! Do yourself the favor and invest in these ! Mom approved!!!!❤️❤️❤️

I had an amazing experience with Bentgo's customer service! My Bentgo lunch box had a broken front part that helped with opening and closing, and I reached out to customer service to see if I could purchase replacements of that part. Not only did they respond quickly, but they went above and beyond by shipping me a whole new Bentgo product free of charge! I was blown away by their generosity and kindness. I purchased 2 bentgo fresh lunch boxes for my 2 boys, and they love it. It's pretty big and have enough space to put different type of food for your kids. I am looking forward to buy different style for next school year. One box had a problem with closing, I contacted customer service and they helped me to resolve this issue. Thank you

I gave 4 stars because I received the Bentgo box broken. I contacts customer service and they sent a replacement (has not arrived yet, fingers crossed it's not broken). The customer service rep that helped me was wonderful! Love the quick attention and that I don't have to send them a broken box (so wasteful on packaging transportation costs). My son can't wait to get his new box! Happy New School Year everyone!
