Easily to aim the petals in the directions you want, super simple installation in a standard outlet. This easily lights the full space all on its own, without the need for additional task lighting at the workbench, etc. One of the best improvements we’ve made and by far the easiest!

Installed this light in my garage approximately one week ago. It was fantastic, I loved it. I came out this morning and turned on my light and I would guess it is putting out maybe 8 lumens vs 8000! My socket looked a little old so I went and bought a new porcelain lamp holder, installed it, cleaned up wiring, and reinstalled the light. Nothing but a faint glow.

I also love that you can move the little "wings" in whatever direction you need. My husband was really excited to install this in our garage, and we both weren't disappointed. It lights up the entire room! We are looking into purchasing a few more for other areas around our home. I highly recommend it for your garage, workshop or anywhere you need extra bright light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lightweight garage bulb is powerful for anything needing very bright clear lighting. Its 8000 lumens so watch out! The panels on this are adjustable so you can angle them to your desire. This screws into any standard E26 light socket. Really nice to have for projects.

The light was brighter than my significantly larger garage light and was a whiter light (my lights were more yellow). The light was surprisingly heavy but I guess a lot of it is due to the metal joints that you can maneuver around to direct light in any direction you want. This flexibility would come in handy if you place the light over a work bench in a reachable location but ultimately doesn’t make much sense if it’s so high up that you can maneuver the lights. I’m satisfied with the light as I feel safer and more secure when I walk into a more brightly lit garage:
