First the grill was on sale and the price was the best I could find. Also included were a few bonus items. Very nice! Easy to setup and easy to use. So far cooking has been a breeze and good tasting. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Instructions state that the Ninja needs a dedicated 30-amp circuit. Power cord comes with a 20-amp inline breaker. Unit will not work with the smoke feature as the circuit breaker continues to trip. Poor engineering design, very disappointed.

So far we are very happy with this Ninja XL Pro grill. Everything cooked on it has been delicious. We've used the smoke function and the roast function. The Bluetooth connect is great, with the current temperature and timing showing on my phone while I'm doing other things. Don't have to keep going back to the grill to check on cooking progress.

I have used this a couple of times now and just love it. It is very easy to use and I have had great results. I did some online research and followed recipes that had outstanding results. I have always been intimidated by big smokers but this one gives it the right amount of smokey flavor. Bought it for my camper but we will be using this frequently at home.

This grill is a must have for those that lack cooking skills. The app makes it super easy to cook the best meals.

Got this for my husband's birthday. Since the middle of December I have only had to cook dinner twice a week. He loves cooking on it.

Great product! I've only used the smoker and grill features so far, but everything has come out excellent. Easy to use as well.

Great grill that doesn't take up much space.

Was really looking forward to great smoked meats. Almost needs a dedicated circuit and electrical cord. Kept blowing circuits. Food that was smoked only was good. Cooked food did not come out at temperature or doneness anticipated. Maybe a lack of thermometers and a dedicated circuit would account for that. Mine did not come with thermometers as specified. Phone app produced steaks and chicken at various states of completeness. Most not appetizing. It's pretty much a complete disappointment at all levels. Went back to read the reviews. Most of the good ones were paid reviews. The ones coming in now are more in line with this. Plus, there are lots of new ones about how bad Ninja customer service is now. Great concept, poor implementation.
