[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute idea. This "state plate" serving dish is heavy duty ceramic. Feels solid and very good quality. It's cute and would be great for snacks or charcuterie. Unfortunately it would not be great for any baked dishes, dips, etc due to the shape. The little crevices would burn and be impossible to clean easily. Other states would probably be better. So while it's good quality and I like the Idea, it's one Louisiana Purchase I probably wouldn't make, unless just for occasional themed snacks.

The design is so cute and I was able to fit a bunch of Sunday football finger foods in this! It makes me wanna collect all the states meaningful to me. It also can be used in an oven or microwave so that's a mega win.

I’m thinking of using it for a cheese platter for get togethers. The shape of it really matches the shapes of CA. I appreciate that it’s dishwasher safe. It’s also oven safe so I can even bake cakes in them. I think that’ll be super cute too!

This dish performed exceptionally well in our lasagna test by baking casseroles with crispy edges and perfectly tender centers. We love that it fits in a standard oven both side-to-side or front-to-back and is easy to insert, remove, or rotate. The extra-deep sides are perfect for layering homestyle dishes like mac and cheese or enchiladas. This dish is made from ceramic and is not entirely scratch-proof, so be mindful when using metal tools. It's oven-safe up to 450°F and can also be used in the microwave or dishwasher. We didn't notice any difference in quality when baking lasagna fresh or frozen. The ceramic construction was able to warm up and maintain heat throughout, which ensured an even cooking experience. This is an affordable dish built to last and the cutest design.

So it’s definitely a conversation starter. I can’t wait to use it for parties. Deep enough to put dips or chips in. And has a classy look to it.

It’s microwave and oven safe so that means it works for baking as well as cold cuts. I’ve only used it for cold cuts as of now. This would also make a great Christmas gift for a friend that moved away from their home state
