No where on your package does it say sugar free or artificial sweetener. Only in the inactive ingredients does it say it has sucralose in it.I didn't know until I took the medicine and now I am nauseated throwing up and I have a migraine headache from taking Robitussin max DM.Like I havn't Been sick enough to start with! I turn to RobitussinDM when I get sick because you guys are Dr. recommend! Now I have to find something that is not made with Sucralose. If y'all have a product that you can suggest I am all ears! Would be great if it was labeled sugar free that would make life much easier! Thanks.

Sometimes I drink tea with honey, but for those really bad days I use this brands fuel products. Yes it kicks me, you know where, but it is effective. Afterwards I make myself soup and I am sound asleep. Wake up and I feel better. I recommend this product to anyone who loves this product. But if there are others that are allergic do the vicks they work just as well.

Helps relieve cough and congestion, and help provide a good nights sleep and controlling the runny nose and sneezing.I have been fighting a cold for a week now. So I'm glad this finally arrived. I took the medicine at 9:15 PM, and was already starting to get groggy by 945. It is now 10 o'clock and I am fighting to keep my eyes open. Clearly the nighttime syrup is working on helping make me sleepy.
