Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, Pam. We have many checks in place to ensure that our products help you clean with ease, every time, so this is not something we'd expect to see. It may be helpful to know that there are some floor surfaces that may create more pressure on the cloth when mopping, causing it to release from the grippers. If this happens, try turning the cloth over and use the plain white side to clean your floor to get the improved performance of our Heavy Duty Wet cloths. So we can gather more info about this for our Quality Team, and provide any assistance we can, please give us a call at 1-800-214-8734.

You'll get the best results from your Swiffer Sweeper Heavy Duty Multi-Surface Wet Cloth Refills, with Lavender scent, by sweeping or vacuuming the area you're looking to Swiffer before you begin using your Sweeper. If you have a really dirty spot, let the Sweeper, fitted with the Mopping Cloth, stay on the spot for a moment. This'll help begin to break up the grime, so you can easily wipe it away. We'd be happy to further help you with this, and we hope you'll give us a call any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 214-8734.
