I bought this to match my work bench bought it previously. I could not be more pleased. The Quailty and f material is great. The engineering and thought put into this product is awesome. The assembly was self explanatory and directions were good. The packaging it shipped in was second to none. Thank you for great product.

This is a nicely constructed cabinet. Assembly is a bit time consuming, yet very easy. The magnetic screwdriver provided with the assembly hardware is convenient and is all that is needed to put the cabinet together, although a power screwdriver will save a little time spent on assembly. The caster wheels (2 with brakes) are more than sufficient to handle any weight you could load into the cabinet. Drawer slides seem strong, work smoothly, and the locking mechanism functions adequately. The stainless finish is clean, and the painted panels are very well done. The only flaw I've found was a crack in the sheet metal next to one of the welds. A non-issue in the total usefulness or longevity of the cabinet.

Very well built with solid material. There are over 200 screws to attach. It took me four hours to assemble. Some screws are hard to reach. Literally the instructions tell you to remove two drawer slides. This is simply poor design. You have to remove already attached screws for the bumpers and handle. Again, better installation instructions needed. I has one dent one the bottom panel. The wheels are truly heavy duty. This is about twice the size of 12” deep tool chests.

The box arrived undamaged and in good time. One of the drawer bottom panels was bent slightly but with some persuasion it still fit in place. The assembly process was smooth. Many pieces and parts but I didn't require help to assemble. The drawers don't glide as easily as I'd expected but far from a deal breaker. In the end I have a nice addition to the garage that doubles as a work top for my 12” compound miter saw, and enough drawer space to hold most of my hand tools. As a bonus, the five short drawers enable me to finally (at least for the moment) have my tools organized. The tool cabinet is certainly sturdy and well designed and, frankly, the only 24” deep cabinet I could find without at least doubling the cost.

Well designed and manufactured. All the pieces fit together. Assembly is involved but instructions are straightforward. Outside packaging wasn't clearly marked (or I missed it) so I ended up opening the box from the wrong side which was awkward to remove the contents.

This is a LOVELY cabinet, I love the drawer storage. My one "dislike" of it is that it is so tall. I may try to find smaller wheels to bring the height down a little. I was hoping to fit this under an adjustable height workbench, but will have to keep the workbench much higher than I want just so that it will fit under neath. Totally my fault for not understanding height, but the photos don't help when gaging this information. I did use a tape measure, but seeing it next to another item (workbench or table) would have been helpful. One of the downfalls of ordering online. It's wide and tall. But I still like it.

When I read the posted reviews I had some hesitation about ordering this unit. The parts are well marked and even include arrows to make sure that everything is in the right position. It's actually very intuitive and hard to screw up. My best suggestion is to throw away the included screw driver and find a better magnetic one. It REALLY makes the task much easier. If you've ever assembled a kid's Paw Patrol toy, you'll have no problem assembling this cabinet. When you open up the box and see the pile of parts it's a little overwhelming, but without the screws, each drawer is 5 parts. Set them aside and the remaining parts look much more manageable. It's a nice unit for the price and I have ordered another one. Good luck and don't let the reviews intimidate you!

The finished product projects quality and looks great. The rather large heavy box arrived and takes two people to move it around. The unpacking took over a half hour alone. There is a lot of cardboard, styrofoam, and plastic packaging to dispose of. It is important to unpack in an organized manner. Instructions are easy to follow if you are at all handy with a screw driver. Total assembly time close to 4 hours start to finish that includes clean up and disposal of all packaging material. The finished product is beautiful although on the expensive side.

First, we got the graphite & I'd say the frame is a little more brown than stainless steel drawers, unlike in the picture where they look like they match better. I agree with many of the reviews here. Basically it's a gamble, you may get one that is well packaged & put together or you may get one with scratches & dents. Even if you get the former, you're not just assembling every single panel & screw (it comes with 217 screws + about 3-5 extra of each screw type) , you'll even have to DISASSEMBLE some drawer tracks in order to install the wood top to the side panels and then reassemble them once installed. Even if you have a drill, there are a lot of narrow areas you need to get in that only a slim screwdriver like the one supplied can be used. The first cart sent to us had dented panels, chipped wood top & some of the rivets were crooked. Sams very quickly arranged to have a new one sent and that one was better, although like the first, I noticed some loose screws and rivets (not from the bag of hardware) at the bottom of the package. We couldn't disassemble the old one and repackage it (it's extremely tightly put together in a very thin styrofoam "box" and then that is covered by the cardboard box it's shipped in) so a courier came and picked it up, rather than fedex. Once put together it looks fine and will probably hold up in our studio. Just be ready for a lot of assembly and maybe some trial and error with parts and Sams customer service.

Overall very happy with the 6 Drawer cabinet. My only concern is with the metal panels used to construct the wide, flat, drawers. While lifting the first one, and attempting to position it for being attached to the other pieces, the bottom panel flexed slightly, resulting in a deformation in the metal precisely where a screw hole was. I was able to flatten the panel out, but the screw hole was no longer fully functional. The screw meant for that hole would not screw completely in. Perhaps some additional metal support flanges for those large panels, near the screw holes would keep this from happening. Once this occurred on the first drawer, I was more careful about lifting the large flat panels and I was able to avoid a similar problem with the other shelves. Once assembled, the shelves appear to be rigid and capable of supporting tools as advertised.
