Good amount for money paid, using it for cloud dough. I wish the mouth was a little wider since it's such a messy item. Hard to put a measuring cup in it without spilling.

i don't do a lot of the baking in the house. i tend to do prep work. however, this is the only stuff my wife (the real baker) buys, so it must be good. i can definitely say that the stuff she bakes with it is good. what more needs to be said.

I have not had the chance to use this yet. I normally by Argo, but since it was not available - Clabber Girl it will be. It can't be too bad, as I use this brand of baking powder.

This is a bioengineered product. If you are ok with that it is a up to you. Had I known this I would not have purchased it.
