The registration requires the serial number. The serial number is not on the bed in any place that is convenient to access. I basically had to disassemble the product rendering the money I paid for delivery and assembly moot. I still don't see it where the chat bot says it should be. Terrible experience so far.

My room gets extremely hot and I feel like it's a very cooling mattress. The quality is outstanding and it feels extremely well made, definitely worth the price and feels like it will last for years and years. Will be buying for our other bedrooms in the house as well.

We ordered the AdaptPro Firm mattress. It was a pricey purchase, but after the first night sleeping on it, we concluded it was worth every dollar dime and cent. We have been sleeping wrong ALL OUR LIVES. LOL. We are sleeping more sound and getting more quality sleep. We don't feel any movement from the other person. We love everything about it and wouldn't change anything.

We purchased a Temper-pro-adapt mattress a month ago. I love It! I suffered back and neck problems from 2 car accidents from over 25 years ago but not no more!!! Now I can move my back and neck!! Thank you for a miracle mattress! The mattress is worth every penny!

We needed another bed but we only wanted one like the original one we purchased years ago. The Tempur-ProAdapt has met that standard! And we love it! Expensive but worth every penny!

Bought this mattress thinking I would really love it but I don't. Although I bought soft the mattress just feels hard. I'm having trouble adjusting to it. I read all the good reviews but laying on the mattress at the store was not a good way to determine the comfort of the mattress

I bought this bed because I was having major issues with back pain making it difficult to get out of bed in the morning - I opted to go with a firm mattress because this is what my mom had and it seemed to help her. My first night on this bed, it was so much firmer than anything else I had ever slept on before that I thought I had made a huge mistake in purchasing such a firm mattress. This is a quality product, my wife and I both have never slept more comfortably! My minor back and neck issues disappeared from the first night is sleeping on this amazing mattress. I would recommend this to anyone.

My husband and I have had our new mattress for almost one month. Both of us suffer from arthritis and we have experienced no shoulder or hip pain as we did with our previous mattress. I especially like the fact that I don't feel movement when he is changing positions in bed. I am also sleeping much cooler. This mattress is worth the investment. I also purchased a pillow which has helped decrease my neck pain tremendously. Still awaiting my sheets.
