[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a herniated disc in my neck & after getting this mattress, I am finally able to sleep again with no pain.

I’ve owned the Tempur-pedic pro adapt for nearly 4 years now and I generally sleep in the guest bedroom because I find it uncomfortable compared to my Casper. I find the medium has become far too soft and unsupportive and uncomfortable on my back. Going back I wish it would have gone with a firmer model or perhaps a product which would’ve held up better. I reached out to Support and they informed me there’s nothing they can do for me at this point so pretty disappointing after making such a large investment.

We were initially very happy with our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Soft mattress—it was comfortable and felt like a great investment. However, after just a couple of years, it started to lose its shape and is now sagging in multiple areas. Since this seemed like a clear product failure, we filed a warranty claim. We provided all requested documentation, including photos showing proper support underneath the mattress and that we’ve consistently used a mattress protector as recommended at the time of purchase. Despite this, our claim was denied, citing improper care. This was extremely frustrating and honestly confusing, given that we’ve followed all care guidelines. It’s hard to understand how that conclusion was reached based on the information provided. No expert came out to review the mattress they based this on a few images that to be looked exactly like the examples. For a product at this price point, I expected better durability and stronger support from the company in honoring their warranty. This experience has been very disappointing and has definitely changed my perspective. I would encourage others to look closely at warranty coverage and long-term performance before making a purchase. I would NOT recommend this product OR this company after this experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it’s marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision. After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it’s most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way. I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it. To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it’s in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure. For a premium product that’s supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don’t waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

This is my second Tempur-pedic. I previously owned a Cloud. I don't think one can beat the quality. It is comfortable, firm (even though medium), with good body support. Scott was very helpful, professional and easy to work with. We appreciated John and Brady's quick and professional delivery.

We’ve had the Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt mattress for about a month now, and it has been a great purchase for us. From the first week, we noticed better sleep quality and waking up with much less pain and stiffness. The mattress provides excellent support while still feeling comfortable and pressure-relieving. One thing we really appreciate is how well it conforms to your body without feeling too soft or “sinking in.” Motion transfer is minimal too, which helps if one person moves during the night. After a month of use, we’re very happy with it and would definitely recommend the ProAdapt to anyone looking for better comfort and support, especially if they deal with aches and pains while sleeping.

I was expecting to be wowed by the mattress because of the cost and all the hype but it is not as big as my older california king maybe the dimension standards are different based on brands. In my opinion the cost is very high and the thickness is not to my liking. I am not impressed due to the high cost. it is over priced for sure.

I have bought 4 mattresses from you. The first one bought in 2006 is still in our guest room and fantastic. The second one worked for 11 years and then you guys gave us credits to buy the two we have now. Also fantastic. My wife’s mattress (we have split king) which is a medium is still great. Mine (firm) has been far less than impressive. But the worst of it is the dishonest way you “assess” damage. We did everything right. You refused our warranty claim because there are 2 pencil eraser sizes stains on the mattress cover (NOT on mattress. On mattress cover!!!). Your assessor said this is “water damage”. Complete and utter nonsense. Especially as the mattress sags on one side and the “water damage” is on the side with no issues.

The mattress is pretty comfortable once you’re in the position you want to be when sleeping but getting there and or getting up is hard due to the lack of support from the springs I assume??? I’m only 170 pounds and my wife is about 145. Would absolutely rethink this decision.

I like our new mattress. We are still getting used to it but it does seem to help our joints. I’m a little disappointed though because the mattress bounces every time husband moves. He has restless legs and we thought this mattress might help with motion. Sadly, it does not.
