The mattress arrived on time and the delivery people were great! Unfortunately the mattress was too hard for my husband's liking. I contacted Tempur- Pedic after trying to "break" the mattress in for 30 days. They were very helpful selecting replacement mattress. Somewhere along the way wires got crossed and my order failed. I was able to get a customer support rep that seems to have taken care of the problem.

The bed is very well made and you can tell it is quality the first time you lay down. We went with the soft option but it wasn't as soft as we were expecting. Our expectation is that it would be similar to a pillow top but form more to your body which wasn't the case. We opted for the return/refund which was a painless transaction. Customer service was great from beginning to end! Even though this didn't work out for my wife and I it doesn't take anything away from this great company and product. I can see now why so many people give 5 star reviews. Thank you for the great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my back pain exacerbated 2years ago, I bought a tempur-proadapt firm for my guest bedroom first because I didn't want to give up my beloved mattress. Over the course of a year, I would sleep on the mattress in the guest bedroom with each exacerbation to see if my back pain would go away. Each time with everything I took and did, my back pain would go away and I would go back to my bed only to have another exacerbation. After doing this back and forth, I realized my old mattress was causing the exacerbations. I gave up and bought a proadapt firm mattress and foundation for my queen bed and couldn't be happier.

I have Fibromyalgia and S.I joint pain and sleeping in a bed that cradles your body from top to bottom, is amazing! I wake up refreshed and my body aches are a lot less. So in love with this purchase! Nothing bad to say about it at this point.

I was hesitant at first when making such a big and expensive purchase on a mattress, but after talking to several friends who have had Tempur-pedic beds, I was convinced and I do not regret it one bit. The first night sleeping on the mattress, I got a full nights rest (which I had been struggling with previously). I would rate it a 10/10 and highly recommend especially if you have trouble sleeping.

Soft yet supportive. The ProAdapt Hybrid Medium mattress molds to your form and somehow still provides perfect lower back and hip support. It's the perfect density and layering of memory foam for my size (150-160 pounds). This past year I've dealt with back pain after an injury and this mattress has drastically improved my sleep quality. I'm completely satisfied with the purchase.

I find I don't move as often while sleeping on this bed, and the quality of my sleep has improved. I don't seem to wake up as often. Highly recommend!

It is very firm and yet molds to your body and you feel well rested after sleeping on it. I know all this Nasa research and engineering went into making this mattress, but all I really know is it provides the best sleep!
