[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you for the complimentary mattress! I have been using this mattress since I received it, and must say, my back aches are completely gone. This was the first time trying a tempur pedic mattress, so I was unsure about how my back would take to it, but it has been the best change. The mattress is firm enough to where you don't sink in, but soft enough to where it kind of molds to the body. It's amazing.

Hi Team, I wanted to see what the alternatives are since I have not been completely happy with my bed full transparency is I do have a back issue due to a random physical assault by a stranger and it is imperative to me and also my care team to find an overall great back support product. Can you help here ? Your part could be potentially harmful for my back so I'm hoping there is an alternative

Bed is pretty hard and then it sinks in at all pressure points and it's hard to crawl out of the holes. The sheets always pull off during the night. I always wake up with a back that is hurting and this is why I bought it to start with. I am hoping it gets better with age? Can't sit on the edge of the mattress without sliding off of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great night of sleep! Took about a week to get used to a memory foam mattress but now that I have I wouldn't go back. The Hybrid feature is great so you don't sink too far in and can get out of bed easily.

Never have I ever thought that a mattress would change ones life! I'm so glad my husband and I made this decision. We both love the cooling effects we even feel a bit healthier. It's gonna be hard trying to get out of bed for work in the mornings now.

We ordered the AdaptPro Firm mattress. It was a pricey purchase, but after the first night sleeping on it, we concluded it was worth every dollar dime and cent. We have been sleeping wrong ALL OUR LIVES. LOL. We are sleeping more sound and getting more quality sleep. We don't feel any movement from the other person. We love everything about it and wouldn't change anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got mine in January 2019 and it still feels like I am sleeping on a new bed. When traveling I miss two things, my bed and my dog. I am Tempur-pedic customer for life! Also, I ordered the queen size topper for guest. All the visiting guest believe its a tempur-pedic mattress.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. We bought this mattress in August 2020 and so far we like it. We like the way it sleeps cool and conforms to help with pressure points. I would have given it a 5 star but it is still new and we are "breaking" it in. I have been told it will get softer in time, and I hope this is true. I don't wake up sore or hurting anywhere, and it gives good support too. I have no complaints and would recommend this mattress.

Having deep dream filled sleep with my new mattress. I have always gone with a 'firm' mattress, but now that I am older I wanted to try and see if a less firm mattress might feel better and alleviate some of the 'aches & pains' ... thankfully, the TempurPedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid offers the give needed but still has some firmness that I like. Great mattress. I also purchased the TempurErgo Extend Smart Base. Going to have to try the pillows!
