Great experience at the Dallas flagship Tempur-Pedic store! Rick Pobanz did a fabulous job helping me to find and select new mattresses. His extensive knowledge of the different mattresses made the difference in being able to find new mattresses. He never applied pressure to make a decision. He asked questions, listened to my feedback and then recommended different mattresses to try. As a result, we have slept better without waking up multiple times during the night due to discomfort. Very grateful for the help and very happy with our new mattresses

To be completely honest when I walked into the mattress store and saw the prices of these mattresses I was ready to walk out and get something more affordable. I purchased a brand new mattress about 3 years prior and since the day I bought it I've woken up in pain everyday and I didn't want to go through that again with a mattress that was more than 3 times the price I paid for my current mattress. After speaking with the sales person about return options and warranties I finally took a crowbar to my purse and bought the mattress. Let me tell you, this is the best mattress I've ever slept on. I wake up every morning and feel great. No more pain or numbness. No more getting massages because my back and shoulders are killing me. This mattress has changed my quality of life so much that if I knew then how great I would feel each day by changing the mattress I sleep on, I wouldn't have thought twice about the cost. You spend probably about a third of your life in you bed, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and get a quality mattress because it really makes a huge difference.

In making a decision, we were determined to research all available mattresses. The choices were mind-numbing and very confusing. In the end, however, we reverted to our long time preference to buy only the best. Tempur-Pedic is the brand we had always heard WAS the best. The rest was easy. We had recently purchased an 8K TV for our bedroom, so we chose the Tempur-ProAdapt medium hybrid split king, together with the Tempur Ergo split king adjustable base. Everything about the purchase process was 5-Star, and we now look forward to a great night's sleep, each and every night. We could not be more satisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First couple days it was VERY FIRM, however, after talking to the online support, I was assured after a few more days to weeks the bed would soften up to meet my standards of comfort. They were soooooo right!!! I LOVE this bed! I don't wake up in horrible pain anymore and I bought the zero gravity bed frame, which is a game changer I will tell you!!! The pair of them had transformed the way I think about going to sleep and that is a real blessing!! The biggest hurdle is getting through the few days of discomfort while your brand new beds cells start to soften and conform to your body. This is amazing!

I was waking up every day with serious back pain. I would have to lean over the bed and slowly get up to a standing position before starting my day. Throughout the day my lower back would hurt so much. After one night sleep in my tempurpedic adjustable bed I got up right out of bed and throughout the day my back was feeling good. I can walk around all day without back pain. It has been 2 full weeks, and I tell everyone to get this bed. It is AMAZING!!! I wake up every day energized, not tired, and definitely no back pain. It is truly the best purchase I have ever made. I love my bed!!!!

I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. I sleep on my side so I elected to go with the Soft- ProAdapt mattress. My previous mattress was 8 years old so it was definitely time for an upgrade. This mattress changed my life! No more waking up in the morning feeling tired from tossing turning all night. Its so soft it feels like you are sleeping on a cloud!!! Well let me start on why my husband and i are now experts on mattresses. My husband is a 250lb powerlifter and we have recently in 4 years gone through 2 mattresses. 3 mattresses in 7 years if you want to get technical. On his side of the bed where he initially sits down our past mattresses would indent after only a year or so. Also on mattresses we bought prior and spent thousands my husband always said his lower back would hurt in the morning and it would sag under his weight. Not to mention he would always say he couldnt ever get a mattress that was comfortable for his size. This Tempur-ProAdapt, Medium, Queen is absolutely worth every dollar. This is the 1st time in almost a decade where he actually sleeps soundly through the night. When he plops down on this mattress it doesn't shake my side of the bed causing me to spill my coffee. This mattress is magically good with its "proAdapt" technology, we both could feel the quality on the very 1st night. It's supportive for him and comfy for me and I'm 120lbs. So for us to find a mattress that works for us is simply amazing. We wish we knew about poAdapt mattresses sooner. We couldn't be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is a little too soft, difficult to get in and out of and unfortunately too warm to sleep in...I have to keep the temperature very low in the house while sleeping. The adjustable base is a nice added feature and the pillows are very nice. I will be returning the mattress.

I have gone through several high quality mattresses that did not live up to my expectations. After having major spinal surgery in 2019 with 7 fusions & 2 replaced vertebrae, I could not get comfortable on any of them. This mattress conforms to my body & provides me with a good night's sleep which I have not had in years!
