And I have had many over my 65 years and unfortunately I have to wait 30 days to return this horrible mattress. It's supposed to be soft but it feels very firm and I haven't had a decent nights sleep since I got it. I wake up in pain several times every night and I requested for them to come check it and they said that I should purchase a topper (Are you kidding) and they would not do anything about it because they don't guarantee comfort. This mattress feels nothing like the same exact one I tried in the store. I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone. So If anyone purchases this horrible mattress don't say you weren't warned. If you want a mattress look at anything but a Tempur-Pedic !! 3 more days and they get it back :)

To be completely honest when I walked into the mattress store and saw the prices of these mattresses I was ready to walk out and get something more affordable. I purchased a brand new mattress about 3 years prior and since the day I bought it I've woken up in pain everyday and I didn't want to go through that again with a mattress that was more than 3 times the price I paid for my current mattress. After speaking with the sales person about return options and warranties I finally took a crowbar to my purse and bought the mattress. Let me tell you, this is the best mattress I've ever slept on. I wake up every morning and feel great. No more pain or numbness. No more getting massages because my back and shoulders are killing me. This mattress has changed my quality of life so much that if I knew then how great I would feel each day by changing the mattress I sleep on, I wouldn't have thought twice about the cost. You spend probably about a third of your life in you bed, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and get a quality mattress because it really makes a huge difference.

This is hands down the most incredible mattress I've ever slept on. It's fantastic for both side sleepers and back sleepers. The mattress is firm/supportive for your spine, however, the memory foam ensures that the surface is soft. It's definitely worth the price!

Three months ago I purchased a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed and a very soft non-Tempur-pedic mattress (I always liked soft mattresses, and I'm a stomach sleeper). Perhaps it was the fact that I'm no longer young, perhaps the mattress in question was too soft, I don't know, what I know is that I had a terrible time sleeping in it. My back ached terribly. After 3 weeks I went back to the store to exchange it for a Tempur-pedic. After trying the medium and the firm, I decided to try the latter. It's been 2 months since I've been sleeping in it, and I can say it was one of the best choices I've made in my life. It took a couple of weeks for me to break-in the mattress, but once this beauty and I got to understand each other, our relationship has been wonderful. I haven't felt lumbar pain ever since, and the best of all is that I CONTINUE TO SLEEP ON MY STOMACH! It's a miracle, really.

We bought the ProAdapt Hybrid medium with the adjustable base. Works silently and efficiently to cater to both our needs. Mattress is firm and supportive - bringing a high level of comfort and a good night's sleep.

I have 4 bulging discs in my back and sleeping had become so painful I'd opt to sleep on the floor or couch at times. I also sleep hot and experienced the heat of a poor quality memory foam. Since getting my ProAdapt Firm I'm finally able to sleep pain-free and get out of the bed without having to creatively "roll" out of bed. I am so in love and grateful. It was quite an investment, but it cut down on numbness and shooting pain was amazing. I did try the Pro Adapt Medium at first because I was afraid the Firm would be too stiff but boy was I wrong so I swapped it for the Firm...go with the Firm if you need the support. It will conform. It is AMAZING. If only I could afford the Tempur Breeze King-size in a Firm so I could get rid of my boyfriend's Nectar!!!!! I'd be winning everywhere.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. In making a decision, we were determined to research all available mattresses. The choices were mind-numbing and very confusing. In the end, however, we reverted to our long time preference to buy only the best. Tempur-Pedic is the brand we had always heard WAS the best. The rest was easy. We had recently purchased an 8K TV for our bedroom, so we chose the Tempur-ProAdapt medium hybrid split king, together with the Tempur Ergo split king adjustable base. Everything about the purchase process was 5-Star, and we now look forward to a great night's sleep, each and every night. We could not be more satisfied!

We bought this mattress in August 2020 and so far we like it. We like the way it sleeps cool and conforms to help with pressure points. I would have given it a 5 star but it is still new and we are "breaking" it in. I have been told it will get softer in time, and I hope this is true. I don't wake up sore or hurting anywhere, and it gives good support too. I have no complaints and would recommend this mattress.
