Usually I only buy Dole when buying Pineapple. I prefer to buy from USA first as I am a citizen here but do buy from other counties. Its a preference. The processing is a main reason and the taste is always the same. I have yet to have a can of Dole that did not taste like pineapple or was soggy. I have had other brands do this and that is why I am picky in some cases.

Reviewed in the United States on October 9, 2018 I bought 10 of these. I've used them for fried rice and other dishes. I'm only eating them now as dessert after dinner. They're really good. Not too sweet, I wonder if they added any sugar at all (I don't have the can to see the label), which is good. Right texture and much better than a fresh pineapple like the one I just bought recently. With fresh pineapple, it's a matter of lunch when buying online, which I do 95% due to physical limitation. With this one, you're guaranteed of the same taste and quality all the time.

I love these pineapples. They are by far my go to's when making watergate salad or enjoying them alone or with cottage chesse. They are always fresh. Never sour. They are canned at the perfect time and adding heavy syurp ensures the will be nice an sweet jus like they should be.

The heavy syrup isn't as bad in this product as the crushed pineapple, but I still give it a good rinse out of the can before eating it. I like pineapple chunks and find this affordable and convenient. It's not a product I would buy again anytime soon, but I wouldn't be opposed in the future.

Canned pineapple is always a disappointment to me. It’s OK tasting, but it’s just not as good as fresh. I don’t know if there’s a way that it could be improved. I will probably buy this again anyways because it’s quick and easy and still taste OK. The convenience of having it already cut versus buying a pineapple that needs to be cut makes it worth it sometimes. 

Despite being in a can this fruit is very tasteful and able to bring me tanginess and sweetness of the pineapple. The juice is not too sweet for those worried about that. The fruit was not mushy or an un ordinary texture, very natural. I would buy this product again!

But I ended up not even having to settle because this can of pineapple chunks was so sweet and delicious!! I have been eating them straight out of the can and adding them to my morning smoothie. I eat them as is and reminds me of paradise within my home. I used to hate cutting up the pineapples, but love that Dole has simplified my life! I love Dole canned pineapple chunks with pineapple juice. It's simply delicious and refreshing. I love how crunchy yet soft they are. Just perfect! I appreciate that they also come in an easy to open and a variety to chose from. Goes well with a lot of recipes or great just out of the can.
