I only buy canned fruits which are sold in their natural juices. Added sugar is just not needed since fruit is sweet enough on its own. I like the Dole brand because it tastes good. It isn’t as great as a fresh pineapple, but it is pretty close. I buy this brand frequently.

I love this brand drinks foods, canned items, so having the pineapple can when I'm not in the mood to cut open one it's really relevant and even taste better than the real one. It does not have syrup like other brands that make it to sweet 100% Pinapple juice. Amazing amount in it a lot more than you think.
