I gave this 5 stars on the basis of the price, convenience, and taste. The chedder is excellent, the rest are as one would expect. For making sandwiches, this tray can't be beat.

These are one of those items not as good under Members Mark. The other cheese both tasted better and opening this pack ripped it open. The adhesive closing inside of the zip closure was way too strong and the plastic itself tour wide open. Won't buy this again.

Opened the package and 2 days later ends of cheese slices had mold on them. We would have to cut off the mold each day around the edges. Then I packaged in ziplock bags and froze them. Cheese had a good flavor though. Liked the original Members Mark 4 cheese selection better.

I'm a cheese snob. Let me tell you I set the expectation bar low because I was buying supposed gourmet cheeses from a box store. Imagine my surprise when I prepared a beautiful charcuterie board & took a noble of each cheese realizing these cheeses are the real deal! Truly gourmet in every way! Flavor above anything you would expect! Nicely sliced perfectly for playing on any route of base you would like or eat alone. I'm hoping Sam's keeps this in their cheese fridge year round now that making meat & cheese platters aka charcuterie boards are all the craze! I highly recommend this beautiful variety of real gourmet cheeses!

I have bought this over the last 3 years %26 use it for my charcuterie board for Christmas. This year when I opened the package I noticed this blue coloring on the French Emmental Cheese, I picked it up to find the back %26 sides completely covered in blue mold, it also had spread to the chesses on each side of them. I have never had a problem with this before but needless to say I was so disgusted that the whole thing went into the garbage. There went my charcuterie board which was my main appetizer for my Christmas dinner. So buyer beware.

This is a good variety of cheese except the emmentel. I don't like the flavor of the emmentel.
