Cheese slices are very large for most crackers. That in and of itself is less of an issue but worth noting if you want it for crackers. More of an issue is the cheese itself is quite rubbery. Its not terrible but definitely not our favorite so we won't be buying again.

We opened this to serve tonight as we always do snack style on Christmas Eve. It looked fine until I took the cheddar off the tray to plate it and there was dark green mold growing between the two rows of cheese. The gouda was fine and really good but we had to throw half of this tray away.

I would have given this product 5 stars just for the irish cheddar cheese, BUT recently my husband and I have discovered that the quality in the irish cheddar is severely lacking. Please, I beg you Sam's Club, please bring irish cheddar back to its former glory. Thank you

I can never open them anymore without destroying the resealable packaging. The last couple all have ripped. I am currently trying to open one that's sealed very securely, and I'm sure it'll rip too. And of course, the tray doesn't quite fit in a gallon sized bag.

I was in the other day and they were sampling these cheeses I tried the Gouda and the Irish Cheddar and loved them both I liked them so much I went back today to purchase the sampler. thanks for the taste

I LOVE the Dutch Gouda and Belgian Fontina. The other two are alright, but I would love to be able to buy the other two as stand alone options. I wish I knew what the company was that provides these to Member's Mark. Anyone know?

We bought this cheese collection yesterday. Tonight we opened it and it had mold all over the French Emmental row of cheese. It was vacuum sealed and best if used by date is 9/30/25. Reported to Member's Mark. Today is 4/12/25.

These are part of my go to snack lately. Roll up some turkey, a slice of cheese, and some avocado... so easy and delicious. They are great to enjoy on their own as well.
