This was an interesting set of cheeses, which added beautifully to our Christmas charcuterie.

Normally I don't like members mark but this one is good. I will buy again.

Loved this cheese, but like others mentioned, it can mold quickly even when unopened and well before the expiration date. So if you are buying this, eat it soon after rather than holding it based on the expiration date.

I've purchased in the past and it was always very good but this last purchase was moldy. I'm tired of Sam's Club giving pick up orders rotten produce and old food. Will not renew my membership this time around.

I would have given this product 5 stars just for the irish cheddar cheese, BUT recently my husband and I have discovered that the quality in the irish cheddar is severely lacking. Please, I beg you Sam's Club, please bring irish cheddar back to its former glory. Thank you

This is the BEST cheese I've EVER had,it's great on it's own or in cooking...& it makes a mind-blowing grilled cheese sandwich!!!It's also fairly affordable too since you get quite a bit of it.Everyone from aged cheese enthusiasts to little kids would LOVE this cheese^_^.I hope they get more Members Mark cheeses since they're affordable & taste significantly BETTER than national brands.

Cheese slices are very large for most crackers. That in and of itself is less of an issue but worth noting if you want it for crackers. More of an issue is the cheese itself is quite rubbery. Its not terrible but definitely not our favorite so we won't be buying again.

We opened this to serve tonight as we always do snack style on Christmas Eve. It looked fine until I took the cheddar off the tray to plate it and there was dark green mold growing between the two rows of cheese. The gouda was fine and really good but we had to throw half of this tray away.

I can never open them anymore without destroying the resealable packaging. The last couple all have ripped. I am currently trying to open one that's sealed very securely, and I'm sure it'll rip too. And of course, the tray doesn't quite fit in a gallon sized bag.
