Four types of cheeses to make a charcuterie board but some were too sharp.

We love all these cheeses. Always fresh.

Only tasty kind is tha cheddar - the others do not have much taste.

I received only the Gouda in the whole package

I use these for sandwiches mostly but have also mixed them in with an egg/vegetable/meat stir fry.
