Delayed shipping too longer than expected, Communication about that wasn’t great, but this bed is so comfortable, so it’s worth 5 stars. Great value for the money. I have a herniated disc and I sleep like a baby.

After having back pain for multiple months we decided to purchase a Ghostbed flex hybrid. The difference was almost instant. Customer support was phenomenal as we had some questions and they were prompt and professional in replying.

So far I can honestly say this mattress has surpassed our expectations. We held off ordering one and then decided with the great reviews and return policy we had nothing to lose. We made the right decision. Loving it!!

The bed may not be working out....heat retention, support issues and a bitter smell. We are planning to return it soon...it' might work out for someone else.

I looove this bed so so much. Best money ever spent. I’m able to finally rest and sleep like a baby. The only thing is that it’s a bit too soft if you want to sit down and watch tv, but this is meant for sleep and for that I find it perfect!

If I could give more stars I would. I have back issues and beds are worrisome issue for me. I was hesitant at this purchase but now I want to scream about it from the rooftops. My adjustable base is the best also... loving the built in vibrators!

We needed a new mattress and after our daughter raved about her GhostBed we decided to order ours. It is amazing! My husband’s back is feeling much better, and my nights are restful and I am enjoying deep sleep. Great product

Comfortable bed! Would not recommend for anyone who is a restless sleeper and moves around alot. Quite bouncy when Someone else is moving or getting out of it. Easy setup.
