The bed is very comfortable and has great features. My biggest complaint is that the weight is heavier than I expected. I had to bring everything up to a third floor in my house by myself. As far as the comfort and functionality is concerned I’m very happy. I would say that extra legs for the bed would definitely be helpful and make it a little more sturdy. Thank you

Really like this mattress. It's firm but not hard; you can sink into it while still getting the spinal support you need. The cooling effect is very apparent as well. I use a Ghost bed mattress protector and can still feel the cooling effects of the mattress. My significant other doesn't live with me, but will often spend the night. Whether I'm sleeping alone or with a partner, the comfortability of the mattress doesn't change. I highly recommend this mattress; you won't be disappointed.

This bed is fabulous! It's not too hard nor too soft for us. We had a Sleep Number bed that just never felt that great but due to the cost we tolerated it. It's super thick at 16" deep and is extra long for us tall people! You'd never be sorry unless of course you like a very firm mattress!

I did my research before making my decision to go with GhostBed. Great customer service, prompt response to a few issues I had with my purchase. I suffer with chronic pain and I decided to go with the Flex mattress however I’m finding it a little firm. The shredded pillows are amazing will be purchasing another set. Overall My experience has been great hence my 5 star rating

I liked this bed and was nice and thick and cooling, however…it was too soft. Coming from foam firm mattress, going to a hybrid was moving to softer side. But the pillow top was too much. We went with Venus Williams hybrid which isn’t as thick but it’s firmer. Happy with switch and company made it very easy and smooth to switch out. The level of customer service was excellent. First laying down the bed feels very comfortable. I like the way I slightly sink in the bed, but still stay mostly on top. It is a good balance. I feel I am moving less at night then I did on my old mattress. Only reason for not 5 stars is I feel it sleeps hotter then I expected. Only have owned the bed in the winter time. I will be curious how ot feels when the weather warms up. If it sleeps cooler in the summer time 5 stars.

The bed is just what I needed. I have a bad back and acid reflux. The adjustable frame allows me to raise my feet up when my back is aching and I can raise my head up with my acid reflux. There are so many features on the frame as well like a phone charger and underbed light. I chose the Flex mattress. It is the most quality mattress I've ever owned! They also gave me 2 of the best pillows I have ever owned. What puts the icing on the cake is they also have the best customer service!

Good but Sags little after some time . Better than lot other Matress in market .

We have had guests over and they love this matress. It's not to form and not too soft.
