Easy set up, although it is heavy, but easy to move mattress once it's on the base. Most importantly the back pain I had been having on my not so old regular mattress is now totally gone after sleeping on the ghost bed for 4-5 days. Couldn't be happier.

I am very disappointed by this bed, the top fabric is a satin material that causes the sheets to slip and slide. Making for an uncomfortable night readjusting sheets. Purchased the correct sheet sizes so this is the reason. The 10 calls I have made to Ghosetbed have not offered a solution or options. It’s a merry go round of telling me what size the mattress is, I know exactly the size when I bought it. Not a solution! Not listening.

Mattress is ok. Still getting used to sleeping on a hybrid mattress. The shipping and logistics of this company are greatly lacking. “In stock and ready to ship” apparently means you are going to wait 2 weeks to get your mattress. If you want to wait for it, I guess it’s worth it.

I haven’t slept this good in years! I didn’t believe the claim re: pressure points but it is true! The GhostBed Flex is so comfortable. I would give you 5 starts but the assembly of the bed frame was far too complicated! Maybe better instructions would be helpful.

My wife and I were very hesitant about buying a bed in a box having been the couple with the traditional bed and boxspring because that's what our parents taught us. We have now had the bed for almost 1 month and can't believe the difference it has made. We sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed.

I am so excited, happy and RESTED since I got my new Ghostbed Hybrid Flex mattress two weeks ago. I am so glad that I went a step up to the Flex, it was so worth it. Shaq was so helpful and patient while working with me on my package and pricing. I have had no trouble adjusting to the mattress and I now sleep like a baby and wake up with no aches and pains. The first night on the Flex I slept 7 hours, and that’s really good for me. My wife slept better but thats normal. I’d give the Flex 5 stars but I still get a little hotter than I had hoped. Probably not the beds fault, I wanted to go with the Luxe but a have a prosthetic leg and decided to go with the Flex because of the side stabilization. That seems to be working good. So far, after a number of weeks sleeping on this mattress I believe I made a great choice. Thank You to the Ghost Bed Team

The bed is very comfortable and has great features. My biggest complaint is that the weight is heavier than I expected. I had to bring everything up to a third floor in my house by myself. As far as the comfort and functionality is concerned I’m very happy. I would say that extra legs for the bed would definitely be helpful and make it a little more sturdy. Thank you

This bed arrived three days after the purchase. On the first and second night I was acutely aware I was lying on a different mattress. On the fourth night, pain in my lower back stopped, but I developed pain in my upper back. After 11 days the pain was worse. I was told by Ghostbed that I could not return the mattress until day 30. So, I persisted. On day 17 the pain in my upper back was gone and the mattress began to feel very supportive. I am now at day 27. I am not going to return the mattress. It appears to be correcting my posture. I feel more rested after shorter periods of rest. I recommend sleeping on the mattress for at least 30 days before making decisions. By the way, I have a big Boxer called Willbur. He weighs 80 pounds and I cannot get him off this mattress.

We researched these beds for a long time, probably going on 6 months. All I can say is just do it, you will not regret it. The flex hybrid was definitely more “sinky” than I thought, but my body loves it. The first weekend I fell asleep and woke up in the same position.
