Base and mattress were easy to set up.Base shipping box was beat up and some small damage that did not warrant the hassle of return. I wish legs were sturdier. 2 of the threaded inserts spun out. Lucky there were 2 more I could use. Mattress was firmer than expected. Ok first few weeks. Now that its broken in it's a little softer but thinner. I'm a side sleeper. 6ft 240. Now I sometimes feel springs .I'm looking into a topper option

I love my new Ghost Bed Flex. This is my first non-traditional mattress. It is extremely comfortable and supportive. I am 6'1" and 275lbs. I am comfortable in any position. I am able to sleep on my side as well without cutting of the circulation in my arms. During the purchase, they included two free Ghost Pillows. Those are the best pillow i have ever used. I sleep very warm and now I stay cooler and wake up without a sweaty shirt. My only minor complaint is that the bed is a little warmer than I was expecting. I wish I had gotten this bed years ago.

I have went thru several mattresses before trying this one. My back no longer hurts and I don’t struggle to change sides anymore I haven’t slept like this since I was a kid! I am 6’ 7” weight 308lbs and this supports me and I wake up well rested! Great price for the King also! Bad sleep buy the Ghostbed flex!

I had a queen basic ghost bed, it was a little too firm but when I upgraded to tge king flex, that extra cushion was EXACTLY what I needed! They added the shredded pillows and they are my new go to pillows! I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and these pillows mold to my neck for a great nights sleep! I dont toss and turn as much with the flex and the shredded pillows! Thanks Ghost Bed!!!!

I like the GhostBed. For me, it's extremely comfortable to fall asleep in and feels supportive. The material is dense and I actually think the cooling technology works. I was worried because my partner and I are both on the heavier side in terms of weight and I've had an online hybrid mattress before from a different company that was just way too "sink-y." GhostBed does much better at that, but I did pair it with a heavy duty bedframe to give it as much help as possible. The main reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are that (1) in the morning I do feel like I'm a little sunken into the bed (although falling asleep feels great) and (2) the edge support, especially at the corners, isn't great. Actually, the edges never popped up all the way after unboxing. Not sure how that will do over time. Like other reviews said, the free pillows are great! They're so cold after they've been sitting for a while they almost feel wet. We may order more.

I absolutely LOVE my new Ghostbed! I’m a pretty heavy person so I was a little worried that I would not like it and be stuck with it. But all worries disappeared when I first laid on it. It does feel like a cloud. It was a wonderful feeling and then I put on the awesome sheets and it was even better. I did a lot of research trying to find the perfect bed and found it! Also I sleep hot and the gel layer really works well keeping me nice and cool all night. My advice, buy one of these! Lol by the way, I bought the Ghostbed flex model. You won’t be sorry. The buying process was nice. The bed is made very well, but it doesn't give at all. It is way too firm. I did a lot of research before I bought this bed. The first night that I slept on it was terrible. After about two weeks of sleeping on this bed, my back pain has gotten much worse. I also did not have neck pain prior to using this bed, but now I do. The box was quite damaged when we received it, but nothing was damaged internally. Unboxing the bed was fun and it was amazing that a king size bed could fit in such a small box. The company has been very friendly throughout the process. I like the company, but unfortunately this is not the bed for my wife an I.

When I first sat on the mattress, I was concerned it was going to be too firm for my fragile fibromyalgia and arthritis stricken body, but after having slept on it for over a month now, I greatly enjoy it. It seems to be the perfect mix of soft to cushion my bumps but firm so my spine alignment doesn't get worse. The pillows, while extremely comfortable, I found were just a bit too thin for me to comfortably use sleeping on my side, but any back sleepers would greatly benefit from them. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase.

Shipping was super-fast and unboxing was easy. It's a cool bed (temp wise) which I wanted, and at first I thought it was too soft, but after just one night, my aches were gone. I was previously on an all-foam bed and would get pressure aches. I wake up rested, and did I mention NO ACHING. I love it!

I love my new bed! I have had some of the best sleep I have had in years! The adjustable base is a must as well! The cooling factor of the mattress and pillows is a great big plus! A friend recommended them to me and I owe them a big thank you for this!!!
