Sinks too much

I recently purchased what I believed to be the GhostBed Medium Hybrid Mattress, aiming for the comfort and support described in the product images and specifications. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from what I anticipated, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Upon receiving the mattress, I immediately noticed discrepancies that led me to believe I had been sent the wrong product. The inner construction simply did not match the images I had seen for the GhostBed Medium Hybrid, particularly those displayed on the Sam's Club website where I made my purchase. The Sam's Club pictures clearly show the individual springs extending outwards to the perimeter of the mattress, indicating a certain build quality and edge support. However, the mattress I received has its springs surrounded by a significant amount of foam. Through some research, this foam-encased coil design appears to be characteristic of a different, seemingly less expensive GhostBed model often sold at retailers like Home Depot, rather than the Medium Hybrid I ordered. Concerned, I promptly contacted GhostBed customer service to rectify the issue. They requested pictures of the law tags and the packaging, which I provided. To my surprise and frustration, GhostBed replied the next day, denying that an incorrect mattress had been sent. They insisted that what I received was indeed the GhostBed Medium Hybrid. This denial, despite the clear visual differences in construction, is deeply disappointing and raises serious questions about their quality control and customer service. Adding to my disillusionment, the product description states a 12-inch thickness for the GhostBed Medium Hybrid. Upon measuring the mattress I received, it only comes in at 10 inches thick. This significant difference further solidifies my belief that I was not provided with the advertised product. My intention was to invest in a mattress that offered the specific characteristics of the GhostBed Medium Hybrid. Instead, I feel as though I've received a substitute that does not align with the product description or the visual representations I relied upon for my purchase. The company's refusal to acknowledge the discrepancy, even with photographic evidence and an inaccurate thickness, is incredibly frustrating as a consumer. I would strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly inspect their GhostBed deliveries upon arrival, paying close attention to the internal construction and thickness, especially if ordering the Medium Hybrid model. My current experience leaves me feeling misled and without the mattress I intended to purchase.

Definetely thinner than most standard mattresses on the market, while it is better than the bed we needed to replace, almost any other mattress would have been a better selection. (I'm still not sure I was actually sent the one I ordered, our experience has NOT matched everyone else's...) If you or your partner or both are fluffy, I would skip this for something else. We're several hundred pounds under the combined weight limit & its just a fail when one or the other is getting up out of bed.

Great bed

Purchased for my mother who needs firm. She was very disappointed. It arrived fine and was easy to set up, but I don't recommend for someone who needs very firm.

We ordered the hybrid since looks to be whar we want. But after getting it and waiting on our frame to come in I noticed that the box layout and the bed material layout is wrong. Looks like inside the hybrid box got sent the memory foam version

Not as advertised. What I received does not have coils on the bottom. It feels all foam. I ordered a hybrid members mark hotel 14 inch and this mattress at the same time. The MM hybrid has coils/springs you can clearly feel. The tag on the ghost bed says it’s made for Sam’s and says hybrid on it. But it is not. I slept on it one night and my back and shoulder and hip were KILLING me. I took it off and trying the MM mattress tonight. The MM looks and feels like much better quality so we will see. This one is going back asap.

I am happy with this purchase. The mattress was easy to unpack and it regained its proper shape very quickly. My hip and back are loving it! When I first lie down on it, it feels quite firm but in a few seconds it is perfect. It doesn’t jiggle when my husband gets up like our standard mattress did.

My husband and I were researching for months about what mattress to get. We ended up going with the Ghost Bed Hybrid. Best choice we ever made! Super comfortable! I also really enjoyed the way it was shipped. It packaged nice and tight, and I was able to carry it upstairs by myself. Also shipped very quickly I believe we got it within like 4 or 5 days (we live in the middle of nowhere Northern Maine, so ship times might have been longer than normal) If you’re in the market for a new mattress- highly recommend Ghost!!
