We are still in our trial period but at this point it looks and feels like a keeper. We were concerned because this Ghostbed is firmer than our higher end “pillow top” mattress. My wife repeatedly has said she wakes without back pain or stiffness. We both like that it controls movement transfer so we do not disturb each other especially as one of us is awake earlier in the morning.

I had been sleeping on a bed I knew was dead for months. It was killing me.Since swapping to the ghost bed I've been falling asleep faster and the only real down side is I don't want to get out of the bed in the morning. Too comfy.Fer real though. Give it a try. I still don't know if it's perfect for me and will see over the next couple of months but so far it's been a good experience. If there are issues it will be personal preference. It's a great bed.

I bought this the last week of Sept, The next week they had a Presidents week sale and it was on sale for 300 dollars cheaper. I am contesting this now with Sams club for a price adjustment.

After a single week both mine and my husband's shoulders and backs have stopped hurting in the mornings! I cannot recommend this mattress enough. Side note the extra firmness is also extremely rewarding.

We replaced our (very old) Ortho with the Ghost hybrid, I used to wake up throughout the night to switch sides because of pain in my hips and I couldn't sleep on my back for long either, now with the Ghost bed no more hip pain, I can sleep through the night on one side, even back sleeping is better.It took my wife a little longer to settle into the bed, but she too is sleeping better now.Bed seems well constructed, set-up was easy.

I went from the comfort foam or the original GhostBed mattress to the Signature Hybrid. I was a little concerned about sinkage and feeling stuck. This bed has the perfect amount of sinkage and firmness. The sinkage seems to help support my lower back and shoulders better than my original mattress did. I'm a combination sleeper.

My husband and I were researching for months about what mattress to get. We ended up going with the Ghost Bed Hybrid. Best choice we ever made! Super comfortable! I also really enjoyed the way it was shipped. It packaged nice and tight, and I was able to carry it upstairs by myself. Also shipped very quickly I believe we got it within like 4 or 5 days (we live in the middle of nowhere Northern Maine, so ship times might have been longer than normal) If you're in the market for a new mattress- highly recommend Ghost!!

I recently purchased what I believed to be the GhostBed Medium Hybrid Mattress, aiming for the comfort and support described in the product images and specifications. The Sam's Club pictures clearly show the individual springs extending outwards to the perimeter of the mattress, indicating a certain build quality and edge support. However, the mattress I received has its springs surrounded by a significant amount of foam. Through some research, this foam-encased coil design appears to be characteristic of a different, seemingly less expensive GhostBed model often sold at retailers like Home Depot, rather than the Medium Hybrid I ordered. Concerned, I promptly contacted GhostBed customer service to rectify the issue. They requested pictures of the law tags and the packaging, which I provided. To my surprise and frustration, GhostBed replied the next day, denying that an incorrect mattress had been sent. They insisted that what I received was indeed the GhostBed Medium Hybrid. This denial, despite the clear visual differences in construction, is deeply disappointing and raises serious questions about their quality control and customer service. Adding to my disillusionment, the product description states a 12-inch thickness for the GhostBed Medium Hybrid. Upon measuring the mattress I received, it only comes in at 10 inches thick. This significant difference further solidifies my belief that I was not provided with the advertised product. My intention was to invest in a mattress that offered the specific characteristics of the GhostBed Medium Hybrid. Instead, I feel as though I've received a substitute that does not align with the product description or the visual representations I relied upon for my purchase. The company's refusal to acknowledge the discrepancy, even with photographic evidence and an inaccurate thickness, is incredibly frustrating as a consumer. I would strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly inspect their GhostBed deliveries upon arrival, paying close attention to the internal construction and thickness, especially if ordering the Medium Hybrid model. My current experience leaves me feeling misled and without the mattress I intended to purchase.

I bought this mattress and tried it out for a little over a month even though the description and reviews are inaccurate. I decided to purchase this mattress based upon the many reviews linked to the product's page that are for the Ghostbed Flex mattress. The mattress that you receive is actually called the Ghostbed Elite Hybrid , which is a plush mattress...not a medium mattress as the description states. Furthermore, the warranty that came in the box is for 20 years...not 25 years that is misrepresented in the description. The mattress did not provide sufficient support due to its softness, and I woke up several nights feeling that my hips were in a hole. The description also boasts about firm edge support, which it falls short in my opinion. Don't expect to sit on the edge of the bed comfortably without sinking half the depth of the mattress. The return process was hassle-free with Sam's Club and a refund was promptly provided.

I have slept on this mattress for three nights and it has not been a good experience. When I go to bed my back is fine and when I wake up I can hardly move. Upon waking my back is stiff and painful. After a couple of hours I am back to normal. Also, while lying on the mattress I can feel the adjustable bed frame in the middle section. I plan to return the mattresses but do not know what kind of issues I will have while trying to make a return. In addition to the return issue, I now have no idea what type of mattress to buy. Our last Serta hybrid mattress only lasted 5 years before it started to cause back pain.
