The bed is just what I needed. I have a bad back and acid reflux. The adjustable frame allows me to raise my feet up when my back is aching and I can raise my head up with my acid reflux. There are so many features on the frame as well like a phone charger and underbed light. I chose the Flex mattress. It is the most quality mattress I've ever owned! They also gave me 2 of the best pillows I have ever owned. What puts the icing on the cake is they also have the best customer service!

Ghost Bed Flex is everything as advertised and more. Warning: set alarm if only taking a short nap and need to be somewhere as this mattress does ensure a good night's rest, you wake fully rested and your body seem to say thank you. The cooling technology and benefits is for real. Sales process and Set up is as easy as 1 2 3. Sales Reps especially Sikennia are very knowledgeable supportive and patient. It's also lovely to look at, very classy, well made and designed. A more than worthwhile investment in your health.

So far our Ghostbed Flex has been great! Buying process very simple, excellent communication answering all of my questions, fast shipping and a great product. Hard to beat! Replaced our pillow top traditional innerspring mattress that wore out very quickly, 2 months in and no issues. Being 215-220 lbs this bed matches my body for back as well as side sleeping, perfect for couples.

We love our new bed! It got here very fast, sooner than expected and was very easy to open and put on our bed. We did have to let it air out a few days for the chemical smell but we knew that ahead of time from other reviews. It is sooooo comfortable to sleep on! It hugs you but still stays firm enough. We also got the ghost pillows which we ! We got the memory foam pillows as an additional purchase and I would not recommend those. They are stiff but do not give great support. Highly recommend Ghost bed for the comfort, quality and price!

We bought this version of the flex as it was supposed to be softer than the 3D Matrix. We wanted a hybrid with springs. We have only been sleeping on this for just over 1 week now, but it is much firmer than I would have expected based on the write up and reviews. Not sure this will be our forever mattress. Otherwise the speed of shipment, ease of setup, etc. has been great with Ghost Bed, but this mattress just might be too firm for us.

Ghost bed flex is not a medium firm mattress! It is way way too soft. You sink way down in the mattress. I only weigh 135 and cannot even move around it sinks so badly! I would only recommended as a soft mattress for people that want a very soft mattress. I contacted them over two weeks ago and they have not responded back to me!!!

This bed was unfortunately far too firm for us. It is possible that the bed doesn't do well with lighter, thinner people. I am 5'6" and 115 pounds and my husband is 6'1" and 170 pounds. We slept on it for more than 30 days, but it was still a painful experience. I ended up with a back spasm and my husband had hip pain after just the first few days - and we are relatively young. After that, we had difficulty sleeping until i just couldn't take it anymore. It continued to be a painful, uncomfortable bed after more than a month of use. And this is even after putting a memory foam topper on top of this mattress. The cooling effect was not noticeable either. The return process for the mattress was relatively smooth - they arranged for it to be picked up and donated - however, they did not refund us for the "free" pillows, despite the refund manager stating that they would. The only way to get the refund is to mail the pillows back, which is also expensive. Finally, i also ordered a bed frame which took over 2 hours to put together, was unbelievably poorly made (none of the pieces of wood matched up properly and it was bowed in the middle), and really looked like someone who knows little about carpentry designed it. Ghostbed never refunded me for that, or sent me a new one despite saying that they would.

Bought this Flex Hybrid to replace an old, high-end spring coil mattress. Read about it in a recent Consumer Reports comparison. I am VERY pleased with the GhostBed. It performs exactly as described in Consumer Reports and on your website. Two particular points: 1) When I lie on the mattress, the support from it is constant and uniform no matter what sleeping position I am in. Another way of saying this is that I don't really feel any pressure from the mattress underneath me, even on a pressure point like a hip or an elbow. 2) The mattress temperature is constant and uniform too. It does a great job of not just cooling but regulating the temperature. Definitely five stars from me.

This was the first time I ever purchased a mattress that came in a box. I was a little skeptical at first on how something that is vacuum sealed could be that comfortable. I did my research & this company was highly rated. The Flex seemed to be a very popular choice amongst consumers. I was also looking for a mattress that was made in America. Just like the video, it comes rolled up, vacuum sealed. Set it up where you want it & break the seal. Behold, your mattress comes to life & takes shape! After a few hours, the moment of truth arrived. After laying down, I was very pleased. The top part, which is memory foam, is like sleeping on a cloud. I’ve had the Flex for almost a month now and I have no complaints. I’m a back & side sleeper and this is the right mattress for me. I highly recommend it!

My last mattress was a sleep number and I didn't like it, woke up throughout the night tossing and turning and waking up in pain. I was hoping my new mattress would make me feel better, I don't toss and turn as much but I still am hurting when I get out of bed. The flex is not working for me and that is the one that was recommended. I sleep on my side and back. I been sleeping on this mattress since dec 27, 2024.
