So the product is going to do exactly what it's made to do, I don't have any doubts about that.. however the fabric that it is made out of has almost a plastic like texture... so the mattress cover and pillow cover I got are very noisy. When you lay down, or turn your head or do anything you hear a "crinkle-crunch" type sound from the shifting of the material. It's rather annoying. Besides that it's a good product I'd say.

It was a bit troublesome to put on the actual mattress but I think it serves a good purpose and has definitely provided a great barrier from the dust and other allergens. We will be purchasing more of these for our other beds!

The surface is smooth and does not make a plasticky sound. We have had other mattress protectors that make that sound and hence that quality was important to us.

I like that it encases the whole mattress and zips up tight to both protect the mattress from allergens, and it is also waterproof. I don't have a bedbug problem thank goodness. I find it to be a soft cover and comfortable while sleeping on.

It doesn't make that typical plastic noise you usually get with waterproof mattress covers. I do feel like it makes the bed a little warmer than usual. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the idea of this mattress protector for the ability to seal the mattress in, but what I didn't realize was the work that would go into putting int in place, which requires the mattress to be lifted off the bed in order for the protector to be zipped around it. This means any time it needs to be washed, the whole process has to be repeated, which is just too much for me. It also had a plastic crinkle sound to it due to the backing. I wasn't a fan, but for someone who doesn't need to change the mattress protector frequently or is able to layer up, it might be a good option.
