[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AllerEase Maximum Allergy and Bedbug Mattress Protector is an excellent cover for my Queen sized mattress and is amazing at preventing allergy flairups during the night. I installed it and noticed a difference in the allergic reactions I have during the day and night as I am allergic to mold and other allergens in the air. This product is lightweight, easy to install and has the added benefit to health. I totally recommend this product for its benefits and easy installation.

This is a well-constructed mattress cover/protector that fits a variety of mattress heights, including pillow tops. The fabric is soft, synthetic, cool, hypoallergenic, washable, and noise-free (no crackling) as you move on the bed. It's moisture resistant enough to protect the mattress from an overturned glass of water. The weave is tight so it should do a good job at blocking dust mites. Unlike an elastic protector that goes onto the mattress like a fitted sheet, this protector completely covers the mattress on all sides, including the bottom. The zipper operates smoothly and there's a hook-and-loop tab at one end that covers and secures the zipper pull once the mattress is inside and the zipper is fully closed.

It's easy to cover/remove and put back on. If the kids make my bed dirty, I just grab this projector to wash without harming my mattress. The washing process is also very easy, just throw in the washing machine, and use the low heat to dry. The drawback is the noise; this material still will make some noise, but it doesn't bother us while sleeping and that noise also never wakes me up. If you don't want to breathe in dust and mite inside the mattress, you should get one.

The main reason I wanted to put this on my bed is to protect my mattress for when I get my period! It was not uncomfortable or hot or plasticy! I love the added bonus of allergy and bedbug protection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone in my family has allergies and we're always looking for ways to decrease flare ups. This cover met my requirements for our allergy needs. Unfortunately this cover wasn't easy to get on or off. In my mind i thought a zipper mattress would be better because it wouldn't come off the corner. It took two of us to put this cover on which turned bed making into a 30 min order rather than my usual 5 minutes of bed making time.
