We're really enjoying this stovetop griddle. So far we've used it to make breakfast twice and fajitas for dinner one night. I cook for 6-7 per meal so the generous size works well for my crew. It's really heavy duty and a breeze to clean. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness. This is so great!! I make homemade corn tortillas and the only thing I don't like about this when making tortillas is that its slanted and sometimes the tortilla slides down. But it makes awesome pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc. I really enjoy this pan.

The Nordic ware ceramic nonstick double pan is really nice. It's heavier than I thought it would be, but not heavy enough to scratch my stove top. I have 8 littles to cook for and made 8 small pancakes at a time. They flipped out easily with no sticking. Then I cooked bacon and has browns. It worked amazing. I would highly recommend this.

I received my order just in time to make my birria taco's I had just purchased. I used very little spray oil, and they came out perfect, without and burning or cheese sticking. I couldn't wait to make pancakes the next morning, which also cooked evenly and had just the right amount of color without burning, while having the crispy edges that I like. Cleaning couldn't be any easier, because without just a few swipes of a soapy sponge, it was just like new.

Tried it in oven to bake bread and my wife couldnt be happier. We still need to use it in deffirent ways such as ban cake, burger and steak. We cant wait until we pkace on the top of the grill and see.
