We're really enjoying this stovetop griddle. So far we've used it to make breakfast twice and fajitas for dinner one night. I cook for 6-7 per meal so the generous size works well for my crew. It's really heavy duty and a breeze to clean. Highly recommend!

I love this new addition to my kitchen. I keep it on my stove at all times. It’s so nice to only have one thing to clean instead of several pans. It’s been great for breakfast to cook, eggs, bacon, and sausage all at the same time. So easy to clean as well. I just use a sponge and it looks back to new. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness. This is so great!! I make homemade corn tortillas and the only thing I don't like about this when making tortillas is that its slanted and sometimes the tortilla slides down. But it makes awesome pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc. I really enjoy this pan.

The Nordic ware ceramic nonstick double pan is really nice. It's heavier than I thought it would be, but not heavy enough to scratch my stove top. I have 8 littles to cook for and made 8 small pancakes at a time. They flipped out easily with no sticking. Then I cooked bacon and has browns. It worked amazing. I would highly recommend this.

I love this griddle. So far it has exceeded my expectations. I'm using it on a ceramic top and it reaches both burners front to back and almost covers both large burners side by side. The cleanup is awesome. I cook everything on medium heat and ensure to use rubber spatulas. I do have to grab the griddle with a hot pad if I'm flipping a lot of rice either way a spatula, but that's not a deal breaker for me.

I received my order just in time to make my birria taco's I had just purchased. I used very little spray oil, and they came out perfect, without and burning or cheese sticking. I couldn't wait to make pancakes the next morning, which also cooked evenly and had just the right amount of color without burning, while having the crispy edges that I like. Cleaning couldn't be any easier, because without just a few swipes of a soapy sponge, it was just like new.

Will this in any way scratch a glass top? I just bought a very nice new stove. I hope I never have to buy another. I would cry if it scratched it. The bottom looks like it could if it moves easily. 🤞 I'm wrong. I really like this one mainly because it's Nordic. Sorry, this was the only way I knew how to get opinions %26 a company response.
