The absolute worst bread I’ve ever had. The texture is like eating foam. It feels fibrous as in there are long strings. The feel in the mouth and the way it tears when you take a bite is extremely unpleasant. Flavor is not good either. Tastes like it’s made with some wood fibers. It is better toasted but I still can’t handle the texture.

Bought for my pre-diabetic husband who loves his sammies for lunch. He loves it. Says he could eat this just like regular wheat bread.

We've had keto bread before but this didn't taste good to our family. Went back to our regular bread.

Unpalatable bread. But the real downside is that it dramatically raised my blood glucose level when I ate it. It is supposed to be low net carb, but watch out. I ate 2 pieces of this bread 2 different times, and each time my blood glucose shot up, as indicated on my continuous glucose monitor.

I was hesitant to try based on some of the reviews but this bread is amazing! I will say, I've only eaten it toasted, grilled and as French toast. It's so delicious and I can't tell a difference from regular bread. It has no off-putting smell and no bad aftertaste. I'm so happy to have found such a delicious alternative to high carb bread. Oh and it makes yummy toasted BLT's too!

This bread is costly and went moldy 4 days after my purchase so we didn't even get eat an entire loaf. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

I love this bread! I use it mainly for toast in the morning. It's great to have a low sugar option that actually tastes good!!

We didn't care for it. It wasn't good for sandwiches, too dense and chewy. It might be good for French toast.

I usually buy a different brand of keto bread, but got this so I wouldn't have to stop at a different store. It was okay, but I like the other brand better.

Good taste, Keto friendly, low calorie. On the negative side most loafs have big "bubble's" in parts. This is bad for things like jelly, not a problem for meat slices or veggies
