I was hesitant to try based on some of the reviews but this bread is amazing! I will say, I’ve only eaten it toasted, grilled and as French toast. It’s so delicious and I can’t tell a difference from regular bread. It has no off-putting smell and no bad aftertaste. I’m so happy to have found such a delicious alternative to high carb bread. Oh and it makes yummy toasted BLT’s too!

Love this bread. I'm the only one in the house that eats it. So, i was hesitant about buyng 2 loaves...but since it was basically 2 for the price of 1, i decided to buy. I put one in the freezer. Once i took it out, just took a few mins to thaw, and the slices were so soft and seemingly fresh! Who knew!!!

The ingredient list is actually very clean, and I like that. It’s basically bread where much of the regular digestible starch is replaced with resistant starch, without a long list of unnecessary additives. But you really need to do something about the strange plastic-like smell. I assume that may be difficult to fix without adding flavorings, but the basic idea behind this bread is very promising

Best Keto bread out there, I drive across town to get it as 6413 local club does not carry it, wish they would.

Great low carb substitute bread. You can tell there is way more fiber, but tastes great and toasts great as well.

I love this bread! I use it mainly for toast in the morning. It's great to have a low sugar option that actually tastes good!!
