I have had my mattress for about 5 weeks now and I am loving it. At first, it felt really hard and I was nervous, but it has really softened up and is perfect now. It molds to the shape of my body, which helps to relieve stress on my body! I have been sleeping much better than I ever have with my new mattress!

Not one to write reviews but read several during my research of this mattresses and took them with a grain of salt. We have owned the original Tempur Pedic mattress (the one that came without different softness levels. You just ordered it by which size you wanted and I guess they just cut a slab of material). We had that mattress for years and after breaking it in from its rock hard state it became quite comfortable. As the years pasted (at least 15) I began to have problems with my shoulders as I sleep on my side. Finally decided to purchase a new mattress. My wife did not want to replace the one we had even though it was long over due as she said it was fine for her. We both had concerns that we may end up with an expensive mattress that was uncomfortable but my lack of sleep pushed me forward. I was about to purchase one of the existing Tempur mattress when a friend of mine told me wait a few weeks as they were releasing a new line. The Tempur Lux-Adapt. He said "Its a whole new animal". Taking his word i waited the 3-4 more weeks (guessed he should know as he was a manager at one of the local mattress stores) and said he tried them out at some show. When the beds arrived at our local furniture (didnt purchase the bed from my friend, sorry buddy) store they had the Lux-Adapt in firm and medium. Since our old Tempur mattress was firm and that was also what the Mrs liked I purchased that in a king size along with the Ergo-Extend base. Let me tell you the reviews were right. This mattress is prefect. I'll repeat what I read in other reviews that we really cant wait to get into bed. Its that comfortable. The Lux-Adapt in firm has just the right amout of compression. You conform to about 3-4 inches is my best guess and then you dont continue to sink further. I am six feet tall and weigh 175 pounds and my wife is small and weighs about 100-105 pounds. The bed is comfortable for both of us. she loves it and I constantly remind her that it was my idea! I am getting great REM sleep again after years of tossing and turning due to shoulder discomfort. Fantastic! The only down side some may find is that it sleeps a little warmer that our original tempur pedic. Probably due to the fact that it comforms better. The only other complaint I have is that I bought a second remote for the Ergo-Extend base only to find out you can only use one programmed remote at a time. This is something that needs to be resolved. A bed at this price point and size you should not have to be crawling to the other side to get the remote out from the bedside caddy. We have two TV remotes on each side of the bed just for this reason. Guess its some liability issue the attorneys told them about. Dont want the Mrs to ask you to get something from under the bed that she dropped only to have her lower it down on you! LOL. Seriously this is a software issue and can surely be fixed. Doing so will make the base more easily usable. Not everyone gets in bed at the same time and dont want to have to hunt for remotes. All and all only minor complaints. Literally loving the bed and the great comfortable sleep we're getting. So glad we made the change and glad I took my friends advice and waited for these new mattresses to arrive. If you are considering a memory foam mattress you have to try out a Tempur Pedic, yes they are costly but they last. Considering how much good night's sleep worth and the length of time we spend in bed annually it can be money well spent.

The mattress itself is beautifully made. In my research of the mattress line I understood that these mattress sleep warm, that is true. The only other disappointment is there is little support in the edge of the mattress. Overall this is still a very well made mattress. I'm hopping for years of service from this purchase

We originally had the Pro-Adapt and the soft was way too soft, so I was surprised when we received the Luxe-Adapt and the soft is like a medium. It's perfect and I love it! We have never had such a good nights sleep! We highly recommend the Luxe-Adapt it's the most luxurious mattress you could ever imagine.

We purchased a top of the line Doctor's Choice, but after using it for 4 months, we upgraded to the Tempurpedic Luxe Adapt Soft. My husband needs good support, but a soft mattress for his chronic back problems. We have had the Tempurpedic for over a month now, and are finally able to sleep comfortably again. It was worth the money for us. The sticker shock is now behind us, and I believe this mattress is going to hold up for a long time.

The product is okay, noting special though. I doubt it's worth the mush higher price that other mattresses. I have not received the magical back pain relief mention in the adds or other?? reviews. I have not slept through the night either. In fact it is not better than the 10 year old mattress that it replaced. Definitely not worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfied with the Luxe-Adapt but I do have to say that my previous Tempurpedic (Rhapsody) was a little more suitable. The Rhapsody was a little firmer. However, having said that, I do believe this new mattress will continue to provide the comfort and support Tempurpedic is known for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is great. We needed a new bed and decided to go with the adjustable platform and have had no regrets. The bed is insanely comfortable. I am a skeptic and was thinking with all the added bedding and stuff we usually put on the bed it would not seem as effective. I was wrong, it is still the most comfortable thing. My wife and I don't toss and turn anymore and can pretty much sleep in any position. I use just the tempur-pedic pillow and I love it. My wife uses her usual pillows and she loves it. I am very impressed. The only problem is that the kids want to sleep on it all the time too.... Overall, this is a fairly expensive bed, but I feel like it was worth the expense. I work a lot and probably don't sleep as much as I should. This helps me and I don't feel any buyers remorse nor do I anticipate having any. I also have noticed a reduced amount of back pain. I work a sedentary job and I confess that my home work space currently with the pandemic situation is not as ergonomic and I was starting to have back pain. This bed has helped with that as well. So I can say that I recommend this bed and have had no issues. Base is super sturdy and remotes have a nice high end feel. Great product.

I bought this for my husband who was ill. He tried it out briefly in the showroom and thought was very comfortable. That and also because the salesman said this brand mattress was the best-selling in the USA. My husband got sicker quickly and did not mention how difficult it was for him to get in and out of. Too much time passed before I finally got him to admit yes, a poor purchase on my part; was too late to return/exchange. Now am stuck with this awful mattress. Each morning the fitted sheet has popped off, I've tried three different brands. I also had to place a 3" foam topper on because it is that uncomfortable otherwise. I do not recommend this brand mattress.

One side of the mattress sinks in badly, and there is little support. Can't move off that one spot on mattress or will slide back into indent. Warranty was denied because the indent isn't easily visible. We will never recommend your product and are very disappointed in customer service..
