I'm 210 and a fairly broad guy with an athletic build as were my wife is a 130 pound petite build. We always struggled with our mattresses because what worked for her was always to firm for me and because of my build and weight I would end up miserable. This mattress is the best thing you can buy if you have these issues. It adapts to each individual. For her she can now sleep in any position without discomfort and I can finally sleep on my back without my stomach arching up and on my side without my shoulder crunching in. King is the way to go and break in is fast. Sleeps pretty cool, I'm a hot sleeper and have only had issues a couple of times and that was because the ac was not set right. You won't regret this purchase.

I have slept on Tempurpedic for going on 25 years now and will not ever buy another type of mattress! I just purchased a new King LuxeAdapt Firm 2.0 and had the best sleep last night ever! I am 72 years old and fell about 2 days ago bruising my left side badly and couldn't seem to stop the pain. I slept on that new mattress last night and swear I am a new woman, my body has no pain whatsoever, it is like I never had the injury. My right leg was giving me constant pain as well and now that has subsided. My old tempurpedic split king mattress was 24 1/2 years old so I am sure it had given me the best years and was needing retirement! lol I love these mattresses and since you spend a third of your life in bed, why not have the best sleep that a mattress can supply. I am very active for my age and still do it all. I don't intend to give up easy and feel now I have a new lease on life!!! Thank you Tempurpedic for all you have done!!!! There is nothing I would change on this mattress and I think I have chosen well!

Started with a temper pedi topper and 2 mattresses. This is our third. We are in our 70's Like the firm models.. and the luxe adapt firm is what we purchased. My husband had no problem adjusting, it took me about a week to get used to firmness. But after a week slept through the entire night and every night since. Would never sleep on anything else.

I have been sleeping on an air mattress for many years. In that time, I have had many uncomfortable nights. In the month that I have had my tempurpedic, it's been a month of painless sleeping. If you have been having painful nights, I recommend trying a tempurpedic mattress.

I have a bad back and for the last 6 months have difficulty just getting out of bed. There have been times where my wife has had to help me. The Luxe Adapt Firm mattress foam has softened causing my spine to dip. The sag is minimal and not meeting the 3/4" criteria on the 2 1/2-year-old mattress and our warranty claim was rejected. I'm not sure what I am going to do. We purchased individual mattresses my wife wanted the colling / softer mattress which she loves. I am an engineer and can tell the density of foam has weakened.

I have only had this bed a couple of weeks and have had the best rest I have had in the last two years. The other tempur mattress I had was bad from the start and only got worse. I am praying that this mattress stays just like it is now and that is perfect. I can rest as soon as I lay down on it and not wake up numb. This is a mattress you have to try to understand how great it is. This is the first time in over two years that I have been able to sleep.

In the store, the soft mattress felt by far the most comfortable for both my wife and I. (Which was in fact a huge surprise to both of us since I thought I needed a hard mattress,) Now we have it home, that 'Ahhh factor' that we hoped for isn't there - at least not yet. That is NOT to say this mattress is uncomfortable. It is at least as good if not better than anything we've had before - which includes various water beds and air/adjustable mattresses. As the salesman told us, do not really judge for at least a month, and we haven't had it that long. Still experimenting with the adjustable bed-frame, so probably haven't found the ideal combination of head and foot placement. One word of warning. We paid the extra for the 'connectable' bed frame. Unfortunately, our phones are old enough that Android 8 is too old to work with the app. Once I get connected and get reports on quality of sleep, maybe we can adjust and improve.

I bought my first Tempur-pedic mattress about 10 years ago For pain, relief from inflammation and injuries from a car accident. It was time for a new one and this time I needed something with more firmness. Found it on the first try. Excellent product. So comfortable yet provides the firmness I need for pain relief.

I bought the LuxeAdapt Soft in January and I love this bed! I needed something that was soft enough but supportive. This mattress meets my sleep needs and is so comfortable! I am a side sleeper and sometimes fall asleep on my back and the foam is soft enough for side sleeping and supportive enough for when I sleep on my back. My previous mattress was caving in after less than 2 years of use and wasn't soft enough for side sleeping which left me with neck pain in the morning. There was a break-in period that wasn't too bad and it may have taken a little longer to feel like it did in the store because I am the only one sleeping on the bed and I weigh under 150 lbs so I wanted to wait until the bed was fully broken in to review it. Now that I don't have any pain from sleeping and can spend a full 8 hours in bed I truly love it. It is also a good bed for people who don't find themselves feeling hot at night. I would have gone with the LuxeBreeze but I did not need the extra cooling. All in all, I wouldn't trade this mattress for another!

This mattress replaced our old one that we had for 16 years! This one is certainly familiar to our previous Tempur, but so much better as the design has been improved. Mattress does as intended "Contours to your body and cuddles you into restful bliss"
