[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok. FIRST NIGHT SLEEP WAS AMAZING!!! No tossing and turning. I received the Tempur Lux Adapt Hybrid and OMG!! The mattress is first off is like sleeping on a cloud that doesn't sink but like meets your body contours. I usually wake up multiple times a night trying to readjust myself comfortably but that just wasn't needed on the first night of my new mattress. Im in love and can't wait to just get more restful sleep .!!!!

Sleeps very hot.. u sink into the bed like quicksand and cannot get comfortable when asleep. Neck hurt with temper pillows also. I actually slept on the ground the last 5 days prior to bed being returned. I would of probably done the cool bed with medium or mediumhard feel and might have liked it and kept it but couldn't take that chance with only one return allowed. They came and picked it up with no hassles.

We purchased a top of the line Doctor's Choice, but after using it for 4 months, we upgraded to the Tempurpedic Luxe Adapt Soft. My husband needs good support, but a soft mattress for his chronic back problems. We have had the Tempurpedic for over a month now, and are finally able to sleep comfortably again. It was worth the money for us. The sticker shock is now behind us, and I believe this mattress is going to hold up for a long time.

We have had the Tempur-LuxeAdapt Medium Hybrid for only a month. At this point we are really liking the head and feet in a zero gravity position. We do change this position after relaxing to a position on the bed that is doable for sleeping. We feel comfortable most of the night, waking up without a lot of the pain that used to be there in our lower back and neck. The only complaint about this bed is that if you are a hot sleeper, you will definitely be hot, this mattress definitely holds the heat in. We have the cooling sheets, they really don't cool. We have tried a cooling mattress pad, still doesn't work. At this point, we are not sure if we will exchange this mattress in for a mattress that may not be as hot.

The Luxe Adapt Firm is a mattress from heaven! If you doubt what I'm saying, get to the store and try it. I can't wait to get in it at night, and hate to get up from it in the morning. Worth every penny along with the adjustable base. Buy it....it's good for your health...mental and physical.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, this may get long, so bear with me... I had a Cloud Supreme for many years, and it just wasn't working for my back anymore. I got a Pro-Adapt Hybrid Medium to replace it. Tried that for a few weeks, and I realized it was just too firm for me, and I didn't love the springs after not having any for so long. I did a comfort exchange with the retailer, and was going to have a Luxe-Adapt Soft switched with it. Then, I got to thinking, I may as well go all out and get the cooling Luxe-Breeze Soft... so I changed that delivery to the Breeze instead. I tried it for a few weeks, and while some may think it's soft, it truly is more of a medium feel, compared to the Luxe-Adapt. It still was a little too firm for me. I took a trip to a city that had an actual Tempur Pedic store, so I was able to lay on all of the mattresses, all fully broken in. The Luxe-Breeze was never going to get quite as soft as I anticipated or needed, so I came back home and did another exchange to the Luxe-Adapt. This one is very soft, and much better for my hip/back/shoulder problems. I was initially worried it was going to be too soft, but there is still a support layer to it, and it cradles my body better as I sleep on my side. If anyone is debating between the Luxe-Adapt Soft and the Luxe-Breeze Soft, they definitely have very different feels and softness. (They have different Tempur materials) I would still say the Luxe-Breeze is towards the medium side, while the Luxe-Adapt is very soft, cloud like. Thankfully for me, the third time was the charm!

I bought the luxe adapt soft mostly because I have arthritis and needed a mattress that would help with neck and shoulder pain. It wasn't what I wanted to pay but if it helped relieve the pain, It would be worth it. I've had it about 3 weeks and I have noticed that I no longer wake up with neck and shoulder pain. Also not as sore all over as I used to be in the morning. Not moving around all night like I did with the old mattress, it is really comfortable. So far satisfied and happy with my purchase. It does appear that the mattress does help with pressure points in the neck area as stated.

I tried switching things up and going with a hybrid mattress and then a traditional mattress for a bit and I'm back to Tempur-Pedic because it's just the best. Things I love about the TEMPUR-Luxe Soft: - It's not hot like some memory foam mattresses can be. - I can lay on my side and not feel like I have to engage all of my muscles to avoid rolling onto my back or stomach. - It supports all of my spine and conforms to my shape. - The edges of the bed have support, so you don't feel like you're falling off the bed if you roll to the edge. - There's almost no motion transfer, so we don't wake each other up every time we change our sleeping schedules. This is a HUGE plus for me. - It has support everywhere, and doesn't have that hump in the middle of the bed AKA "no man's land". - It's not such a deep mattress that you cannot find sheets (this was a huge annoyance with the hybrid. I spent so much trying to find sheets that didn't pull off!) - The break-in period was shorter with this mattress, and I'm not sure if it's because it's a softer model, or something else, but we had one night of wondering if we had made a terrible mistake and then every night since was great. - This mattress is a soft, but keep in mind that it's a TEMPUR-Pedic soft, which in my opinion is closer to a medium firm in other mattresses. I find it the perfect firmness, but this won't be like a pillowtop or a mattress with very little support, you still have the TEMPUR support even though it's "soft". - My husband and I agree on this mattress. Even though we tend to be opposite sleepers, we can both agree on TEMPUR-Pedic.

If I could give this mattress 10 stars I would! My husband and I slept one night on our LuxeAdapt mattress and it was the BEST night sleep we ever got. I also suffer from back pain and this mattress made my pain go away. I did some research and found out that the TEMPUR material is infinitely adaptable, responds to your body temperature, adapts to your weight and unique shape, giving you personalized support for undisturbed sleep. I honestly don't have anything negative to say! This is one of the best decisions my husband and I every made so if you are on the fence I highly recommend this brand and mattress!

We purchased this bed and were very excited about it! It was definitely very firm the first month, but we waited for it to break in as recommended by Tempurpedic. Then, before the return window we went into store to ask about it and they said it takes 1-2 years to break in. We decided it keep the firm mattress and a year in it's still very hard. We've reached out to tempurpedic and they recommend turning up the thermostat (we are already in the recommended range) or buying a mattress topper, but the mattress is already 13in and sheets barely fit. Plus we spent a lot of money on this to purchase more accessories. Overall, I would say the mattress doesn't break in, so if it's too firm at the beginning for you, it's not going to change, and I feel the tempurpedic sales people were just trying to get us to buy the most expensive mattress and keep it vs one that worked for us.
