This whole thing started where my wife and I wanted to upgrade to a king-size mattress and developed back problems over the years. We have two younger kids, so ever minute asleep is needed. We tried two Purple mattresses, and found them to be really stiff after the first few inches of support. This is not good for side sleepers. For side sleepers (especially larger builds), you need to go with Soft to allow for the hips to sink in the mattress, but also be supported. Its the best mattress I've slept on. After struggling for months waking up sore everyday, this mattress worked. The only negative, is that the white-glove delivery did take longer than if it was shipped directly, but saved my back for lugging this up a flight of stairs. Solid trade off.

Think back when you could sleep on your stomach?? Well that was over 30 years ago for me. I've dealing with back issues for 15 years and haven't been able to get a good sleep nor feel rested and not sore when I get up. After buying the mattress it took a few days to get used it but now I'm sleeping on my stomach after 30 years and my back pains have gone away. It was a little hard for my wife so I bought a 2" memory foam pad for it and it's amazing for her and I. You won't be disappointed for sure!!!

Felt great initially but then I started having back pain and waking up with soreness and hip pain. I am a side sleeper. It sinks in well but don't know why I feel like it's a tad too firm. Am trying to switch to a softer one now. Overall it's a great quality bed.

My husband and I have very different sleeping patterns. He stays up all night. So, he's up moving around or getting in and out of the bed. It used to wake me up every single night. But, since we've gotten the Pro Adapt I have not been woken up by his movements at all. I rarely even feel him moving anymore! Also, he is a back sleeper and I am a side/stomach sleeper. So, it was always a chanlleng​e finid​ng a bed that worked for both of us and this bed did just that! So happy with our purchase!

Glad that we replaced our memory foam mattress with the Temper Pedic. Once you get used to this style of sleep product, it is the most restful night if sleep you get. No sore joints or back and no you don't wake up when a partner gets out of bed or moves around. So glad we got this mattress!

I am 34 years old and have been struggling with reoccurring back pain (from an injury that happened 7 years ago). I noticed with my last flare up that the pain was just getting worse and I'd toss and turn all night in excruciating pain (with my old mattress). I finally decided it was time to kick the old mattress to the curb and see if it was just adding to the problem... SO glad I did. I've never owned any kind of memory foam bed and I'm a side sleeper so this was a big change for me. Since the first nights sleep my back pain had completely diminished. I am a skeptical person, but it's been over 30 days now and my back/hip pain is gone. This mattress isn't too soft and it's not too firm, it's the perfect in between. I've even been falling asleep on my back (I've always been a side and tummy sleeper). I also decided to splurge and get the adjustable bed frame (they offered a good package deal), me and the hubby are quite happy with it... ;) I never leave reviews on anything but just not having to deal with the agitating back pain anymore is a pretty big deal to me, I love this mattress!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my parent's and they were skeptics that this mattress couldn't possibly be different from any other mattress on the market. When the mattress arrived after the first night, they raved about how the mattress helped them sleep better, their backs were no longer aching and also that the mattress was so great that they didn't want to get up in the morning for work. I could't have chosen a better mattress. I sleep on my back, stomach, side and this particular model best accommodates these varied positions. And, the mattress is cool. I just love it. After trying for several months sleeping on different kinds of mattresses made of all organic wool (too stiff/hard and high maintenance), natural latex (too bouncy), cotton and wool (too hard), other kinds of foam (too flimsy), etc., I settled on Tempur-pedic Medium Hybrid. I've been sleeping on it for several weeks now and it is just a very comfortable substantial bed.

I had a salesman that apparently wasn't very knowledgeable. I have a really bad back and wasn't sure if I needed a medium or firm mattress. He had me lay on a firm lux breeze and it felt really good on my back. He said they lay the same. I've had mine for 3 weeks now I have slept on it maybe 3 hours. I went to a recliner first night on it. It was so hard I don't feel like I even made a indition on it. I can not sleep on it. But yet I have to keep it 30 days before I can return it. I've talked with several sales people but they all tell me they are talking to the manager and will call me back. I haven't received the first call back yet. He also had me lay on the smart ergo base with the wave massage I was so excited to be getting that base. Yet he ordered and they brought us out the base with only one massage motor. So it just kind of vibrates. I also called about this and I was told I can't return the base. I'm very very disappointed in Tempura pedic this was my dream to be able to actually afford one of these beds. But I will never again deal with this company. It could of just been a bad salesman but after calling for 3 weeks now. And not one call back from anyone not even the manager. I've had it with the entire transaction. If I can return it all including the base as well. I will purchase something else. Disappointed in Ky.

After the first night no back pain. A mattress that support me perfectly. The mattress was super firm at first, but after about a week it soften to feel like the one that was on display. I love how I can sit on the edge and not slide off. I am happy with my purchase ☺.
