Not too hard, does not make you hot and your shoulders do not fall asleep ( you slide sleepers!)

Initial extra hardness giving way to great support. Mattress is best quality. It’s too hot for me.

Not all I expected it to be but comfortable. Definitely not worth the money I paid.
