This is our 2nd Tempur-pedic mattress. It provides the perfect combination of support and comfort to enable us to fall asleep and stay asleep all night and wake up refreshed. It provides perfect support and I find that I'm not tossing and turning in order to be comfortable. I also am experiencing less back pain since we've gotten this new mattress. I love the adjustable base so you can adapt it to your needs. We love our new mattress!

I love this bed. Its perfect for me. I sink into it, its supportive and I sleep like a rock. I have scoliosis so I need supportive but nothing firm as it worsens my pain. At first I didn't like the mattress but thats my fault. I had a mattress protector on it because I have a 9 month old who co-sleeps sometimes. A mattress protector is a given. She's my 5th kid. I know better then to not protect my mattress. Anyways, the protector I had on it at first was making the bed super firm. So firm that it felt like sleeping on the floor. I was very unsatisfied but I couldn't remove the protector until I could get a Tempurpedic one. However, my pain was just too much. I haven't had back pain like that in years. I was getting zero sleep. With a baby that wakes up twice a night to nurse, a deployed spouse and being in the Army myself, I need whatever sleep I can get to be restful and that was not happening. So desperation won and I removed the incompatible mattress protector. It was night and day. The mattress was so soft I sank into it and ultra comfortable while still being supportive. I sleep so well but then came the disaster. My infant got the flu and threw up all over my mattress. I was quick but it still got on the cover and down to the mattress. Luckily it wasn't much and dried very quickly since we live in a very dry environment. Plus, its winter and the heaters are running. Anyways, I learned my lesson and went and bought the tempurpedic adapt mattress protector. It works well but does firm up the mattress a bit but at least my mattress is protected and my back doesnt hurt.

Obviously, the bed is not going to start off as soft as it is in the store. However, we were assured it would only take around 30 days before we would feel a noticable difference, and faster if we walked on the mattress to break it in. Well, I've put in what feels like miles on this mattress and we're closing in on 30 days, and this mattress is still hard as a rock. If we don't feel improvement soon, it's going back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Corners were bubbled up, and there were waves along the sides. Customer Servuce Rep was hostile and dismissive. It took filing a warranty claim and threatening to return all 3 purchased mattresses to get a replacement of the 1 defective mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a Tempur-pedic Pro-adapt, I already knew I was a customer for life. However, after comparing the models, I decided the Luxe was sounded more fit for my needs. I'm VERY happy with the upgrade, and recommend it to everyone I know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and was constantly flipping from side to side due to pressure point pain with my old spring mattress. I noticed an immediate difference the first night sleeping on my tempur pedic. I no longer have shoulder or hip pain while sleeping on my side. Every area feels supported by the mattress. I have had the mattress for 2 months and have no regrets with the purchase!!

Overall happy with the mattress, it was a warranty replacement for an old Contour Elite breeze. My one gripe is that it is SOOO hot. It retains a tremendous amount of heat under where we are laying. Wish we had paid the difference for the LuxeBreeze. The warranty on this product is great, though I don't feel the products quite live up to their extremely high price tag

I had this mattress for 80 days and it was so painful. I would wake up with a sore back and hips each morning. I followed all the advice for breaking in this mattress and it made no difference. I am still doing physical therapy to try and undo the harm to my back and hips. The description says it is cooling but that is not true. I would wake up in the middle of the night because it was too hot. I also bought 2 expensive Tempur-Pedic pillows thinking this would help, but turned out to be a waste of money. They are very heavy and don't provide any cooling benefit. I found another mattress brand that is much more comfortable, provides the needed support for my back and hips and is cooling.

Purchased this product because of reviews, Seems to be great quality however mattress is anything but firm. I sink when I sit on this mattress, not back supporting at all as described. The base is GREAT quiet & no problem at all, mattress I can't say the same about.

I love it, my husband is still getting used to it. He is a big guy, outweighs me by about 100 pounds. That means he sinks down low into the foam and it can be a bit of a struggle for him to turn over and get out of bed. I, on the other hand, love settling into a cozy little burrow. I have arthritis in my back and I no longer have any difficulty getting comfortable and staying comfortable all night. As to the smell that the sales person was obligated to warn us about, we barely noticed it and it wasn't at all unpleasant.
