The app was not working for a while and caused a bit of confusion. once the app started working properly we were able to pick up our items. I did have one item missing which I did get a refund for. overall it was a good experience.

They came stacked together in a big box. The blue handles were lying inside the top bin. So, they probably fall off easily. Other than that, they'll come in handy and meet my needs and expectations.

The latches broke the first time I put the lid on. One was already broken. Has little male parts that latch the handles. Very cheap made, and broke off.

The bins are just the right size for me to be able to pack and store myself. The latches are tight and the stack beautifully. You can clearly see everything inside and they don't take up a lot of space.

Two of the totes had damaged latches and one was missing.

Don’t waste your money. One arrived cracked. They were packed well and the box wasn’t damaged.

I received the storage boxes and the lids were cracked. The corners were broken off.

The storage tubs are just what I was looking for, at a much more competitive price than I found elsewhere

Nice size. Using them for a big move. They only thing I don’t like is the clamping part pops off easily. But, for the price they were fine.
