And I have had many over my 65 years and unfortunately I have to wait 30 days to return this horrible mattress. It's supposed to be soft but it feels very firm and I haven't had a decent nights sleep since I got it. I wake up in pain several times every night and I requested for them to come check it and they said that I should purchase a topper (Are you kidding) and they would not do anything about it because they don't guarantee comfort. This mattress feels nothing like the same exact one I tried in the store. I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone. So If anyone purchases this horrible mattress don't say you weren't warned. If you want a mattress look at anything but a Tempur-Pedic !! 3 more days and they get it back :)

I had an original firm mattress and was worried the new tempur wouldn't live up to old one. I got the firm one and it seems comparable to my original in firmness (or very very close). Thank goodness cause I love this mattress. Not used to the chill coating but put thick mattress cover to to try and prevent cool. Still some cool but I'm ok. I love my mattress.

I paid thirty-seven hundred for this mattress less than 3 years prior to writing this review. The sidewall where I get onto the bed has collapsed and there is a massive section of mattress that is sagging about 10 inches. Sometimes I have even rolled off the bed there. I filed a warranty claim which was rejected. They made several assertions about why it was rejected none of which actually applied to my mattress. They claimed the cover was damaged even though the cover was not even on it in the photos I sent. They claimed I did not use a cover despite there being a cover on the same reciept. In fact I have used two covers most of the time. They then claimed it mattress had not been stored properly but it had never been stored and was in the same place on the same base when it was delivered. The damage was literally only because on getting on and off the bed. I am not overweight or anything like that either. If they think I am just going to stay silent after spending so much less than 3 years ago they are mistaken. I am not faced with taking the company to court to get this solved. Terrible company, terrible product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were a bit skeptical of the price given competing mattresses, but this is hands down the best mattress I've ever slept on. I didn't even realize I had as much back pain as I did until sleeping on this. Within weeks it was gone.

I've slept on tempur-pedic mattress for over ten years now. i owned my first mattress for nine years, and my back started hurting. so last year i go over to a mattress store near my home, cause i know the brand i want. i tell the sells rep, I've have some back issues in the past. i need a new mattress !! so she tells me about the really firm mattress that temur-pedic , but there is no display in the store. i bought it base on her word, and my prior temur-pedic mattress. i haven't had a good night sleep since I've had this mattress!! its remains very very hard!! i wake feeing like I've played football all night. SORE all over. :(

This bed was a very hard lump when it first arrived but has softened up a lot in the past month. I am happy that it came with a return policy because I am honestly not sure if I will be keeping it. I think I prefer more pillow top and soft. This bed does nothing to relieve back pain and actually seems to be causing back pain if I sleep on my back. I recently had a better night sleep on a hotel mattress that was really nothing special. I am not sure this bed was worth all the money.

The product is very firm although it is supposed to be soft... NOT! It is very low to ground. The metal bar at foot of bed makes it impossible to sit at at end of mattress. Annoying!! I have a king mattress made up of two twin XL mattresses. The mattresses separate at center of bed causing a gap, which is uncomfortable. These mattresses are very expensive and I wish I could return!!!

After sleeping on my Tempur-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid for a month, I can honestly say that I am very pleased. There was an adjustment period for my body, because I had been sleeping on a too soft mattress, and for the mattress to be broken in. I was suffering a lot of pain during the day from Sciatica, but even during the adjustment period, my new mattress was alleviating my pain, allowing me to sleep. I purchased the adjustable base, also, which I am enjoying, as it helps with back pain and other health challenges. As a 78 year old, I did a lot of research before I purchased, seeking comfort, cooling, and a good investment, and this mattress and adjustable base, as well as the two cooling TempurPedic pillows are just what I needed. I would recommend it.

It was the best decision in my life. I got the adjustable base which I use every time I get into bed. It sleeps nice and cool and nice and comfortable.

I wanted a firm mattress and this one is perfect! Best sleep I have had in a long time. Had a different memory foam mattress that just wasn't cutting it after 7 years, which really was 2 years longer than I should have put up with it. So happy to have this mattress.
