Comfortable and cool effects

I bought a King size soft one over a month ago. Not at all soft. Very disappointed & ready to send back. My body hurts and aches more than before.

Not what I expected

My wife loves it!  I think a firm would have been my choice and I don't like the rounded edges (our 25 y/o TP was better.

New vs very old

So comfortable. I love temper pedic. The salesman was perfect. He let us choose at our own speed . He was never pushy. Love this store

Fabulous

so far the bed and pillow are excellent.  we've had a great night sleep since they were delivered.  highly recommend the tempur pro adapt

Excellent Quality and Comfort

The matters is amazing.  Very supportive and soft.  My cpap usage results show the improvement in my sleep. What an amazing bed to get.

Great bed

I love the vibrating feature that lulls me to sleep.  The bed is super comfortable and I wake up with less body pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress was too soft not firm like description. Then when I try to make return it has been over a month and still have not received a pick up date. We are unable to put our new replacement mattress in our room till Tempur pedic takes this one back. We wake up w aches and pains due to lack of support. Would not recommend Tempur pedic at all. For the price you pay you would hope to get resolution fairly quickly. So wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is really firm like rock hard, much much harder/firmer than store sample, so be prepared when it arrives. I wanted firm but this is crazy. Hoping it breaks in a little, it is supposed to. What I didn't like though, was that the mattress was ready 2.5 weeks before the metal frame we ordered from tempurpedic, and I had to then build the frame myself, the delivery people should have done it in my opinion and, I had to physically move the tempupredic box springs I already had onto the new frame myself and rush while they brought up the new mattress. They were tempurpedic bases boxes, in my opinion the delivery people should be commissioned to set up your whole bed system, not just switch out the top mattress, that was really upsetting as they call is white glove. Maybe it is better to order it from the store not online.
