This product has created huge problems for us. We wake up every morning with shoulder, hip and back pain. This has been to worst purchase ever. I would love to be able to trade this mattress for a less firm mattress.

This is the best bed I have ever had the hybrid is the best of both worlds. I like softer and my husband likes firmer, and is bigger than me. And it works well for us both.

My wife has back issues & I would wake up with lower back pain, not anymore we both sleep better And she seems a lot happier, so all around it's a happy home Thank you.

This product is great, it allows my body to level into postures that don't lead to aches and pains later. I sleep through the night without waking up with some sort of pain from poor sleeping position.
