I am not one to post reviews but I also believe to give credit where credit is due. I didn't know what to think about spending this kind of money on a mattress but I can tell you I will never own a different brand. It literally is the best sleep and has helped my sever back pain. I give it 7 stars.

The warranty process is too difficult. Having to lift mattress take pictures etc is ridiculous. Our bed was put in protective cover sheets spread and had to strip. I'm 87 years old and had to get help to come to my home just to register. Called to register on phone. I was informed not an option. Ridiculous

The combination of TEMPUR material and premium spring coils brings comfort, pressure relief, and reinforcement-a true blessing after a long day of work and a lengthy drive home. The pressure-relieving foam provides soothing support to my back problem. What I appreciate most is the breathable material and SmartClimate Cover System, ensuring I stay cool throughout the night. Waking up feeling hot and uncomfortable was a major issue for me before, but not with this mattress. Additionally, its removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. It's currently a little firmer than medium, but I understand that it needs to 'break in' to my body and will hopefully soften over time to its true feel and provide the perfect balance of support and plushness for an even more restful night's sleep. My wife and I have never had a tempur-pedic before, so although we wanted the upgrade, we were suspicious of the hype, especially about the reduction of body aches. Prior to this purchase, I had been waking up with stiffness & aches in my lower back and hip areas for some time. After the first night on our new mattress, I awoke the next morning - and every morning for the past 2+ weeks - totally free of aches & stiffness! We both have had more restful and deeper sleep, as well. The comfort level is better than we both thought possible. Highly recommended!

We purchased a King Tempur-ProAdapt in firm. After seven months, we wish we could undo this purchase. Our previous two mattresses were both firm, traditional independent coil. This would be our first memory foam mattress. Neither my wife nor I sleep consistently well on the Tempur-Pedic. This mattress chases you off it - I literally find myself getting out of bed in the morning because I can no longer stand the discomfort my body is feeling, specifically, pain through my pelvis and hip region as well as sore shoulders and numb arms. The hip and pelvis pain is with me continually and the sad part is I have learned to live with it. Recently, a second seven day vacation away from our Tempur-Pedic, I realized my hip/pelvis and shoulders stop hurting within a day or two. I spoke with Tempur-Pedic, but their response was to keep the room cool and to consider purchasing their mattress topper which would *maybe* help soften things up. I never stated this mattress is too firm, there is more to it than that. This mattress brought pain my mid-40's body has never felt. Read reviews and if you're having problems early on, react immediately, we're stuck with this thing now and we'll have to absorb a second mattress purchase in under a year. They claim their customer service is so great, why not try to help someone and send them a mattress topper after they just spent thousands on your product and are now afraid to use it.

We unfortunately had to use our warranty because our mattress was sagging after 4 years. We decided to upgrade to a better mattress. When delivered it felt like a concrete slab! We slept one night & it was miserable, called Tempurpedic the next morning & we were told we could NOT exchange for a different mattress because it was a warranty replacement! SO, apparently Tempurpedic can send out any crappy mattress they want & if it's a warranty replacement the customer has ZERO RECOURSE! Unbelievable that they would treat 15+ years customers like this!!

I am just in the market for a Mattress and I visited the Englishtown NJ Store and what clean and beautiful displays with pillow covers given to each person for sanitary reason when trying mattresses so you can lay your head on a pillow and not worry about the last person. I would not want to go to another mattress store again otjer than Tempurpedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the adapt medium which was too soft for me and slept hot so I upgraded to pro adapt firm, it's A lot cooler and the sheets don't sink in and move around.. I noticed the beds do off-gas and need to air out for a few days. Final conclusion- the bed is outstanding it contours to your body the way it should and yes you can still sleep on your side. I look forward to getting off work every night now. Thanks Tempur-Pedic!

I had a 22 year old Tempur pedic mattress and for about a year I was waking up with a back ache. It goes away after I start moving around. I thought I should get a new mattress. It is a very hard decision to make when you pick out a mattress. I'm still not convinced that I have made the right choice and I still don't know if I should return it. I still wake up with pain, but it's not as bad. I have no pain while I sleep and no pain during the day after the pain goes away in the morning.

Your 2022 mattress is much thinner than my previous 2012 mattress and not as heavy-so it's easier to make my bed. However, I find the new 2022 mattress does shift and must push it back into place on your adjustable bed frame. Also, your queen size mattress did have a petroleum like off gassing smell for almost 2 weeks, which I wasn't happy about. Since that smell is now gone, I love the mattress and fall asleep easily (sometimes too easily) on my new soft mattress as it's very comfortable. I also love the fact I do not have to download an App to use my wireless remote. Thank you for keeping it simple and easy to use! I also have your queen size pillow which I use under my legs for additional back support. All in all, I am a happy Tempurpedic customer.
