This is a mixed review of the Pro-adapt medium hybrid mattress. My husband is very pleased with it. I do not find it as soft as the model we tried out in the store. I wake up most mornings with pain in my back and hips that I did not have as often with my old mattress. I feel we will be purchasing a topper (another expense) of some sort in the future to make it better for me. Hopefully it will be still comfortable for him. I also do not like that I cannot sit on the side of the bed to put my slippers on in the morning. It slides me right off the bed.

The thing I do not like about the mattress is that the middle of the mattress feels firm but the sides of the mattress feels softer which I thought the mattress would feel like all over. In the store, I only laid on the sides of the mattress and not in the middle because I thought the mattress would feel the same all over.

It was nice and plush the first few months. Now it has turned into a brick. I get pain in my heels just laying on my back for 5 minutes. It is ridiculous how bad the pressure point relief is. The worst mattress I've ever used. I get horrible sleep, aches all over no matter the position. And now it has started the flake a white snow when I change the sheets and mattress cover. Probably not good to be inhaling white mattress flakes while I sleep. I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not be lulled in by the initial comfort that will wear out just after the return period ends. What a waste of money.

It is a little hard for me to give a true review on this product from my experience alone but I do believe actions speak louder than words at times and having my daughter fall asleep faster and sleeping in longer says a lot. I often times lay down on the bed while reading books to my daughter and I can tell you that I find the bed to be very comfortable. I also love knowing that the cover on this bed can be removed and washed if needed- since my daughter is almost 4 yrs old there could be an accident in the future. I do have sheets to protect from this but it is also nice knowing this is an option as well.

The most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. We had a TempurPedic a number of years ago, but it was hot. This mattress is so cool and comfortable, I fall asleep faster and sleep all night. I also bought an adjustable base with it and it has cured my snoring. I would recommend this mattress to anyone. Definitely a five star (+) product.

After owning a Split Cal King Temper Pedic bed for less than 5 years, the offered warranty of 10 years will not be honored. The requirements of measuring with a yard stick showing 3/4" indentation are not obtainable. My husband and I wake up in pain daily from the indentations of the split mattresses, they did not hold their original shape for even 5 years. You must show a quarter standing upright of the amount of gap on the bed. As bad as the mattress is with 1/4" gap showing, they will not honor the warranty. False advertising of this being high end, very expensive, bed that will last well beyond 10 years.

I love the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft! Almost purchased the medium, but am so glad I chose the "soft". I still get the support I need, but there's lots of cushion so my back wakes up feeling great and not stiff and I don't walk around for 20 minutes like I need a body cast. Purchased the adjustable base also - we elevate it just a couple of inches and now I don't hear the snoring machine next to me!!! Well worth every penny. Thank you Tempur-Pedic.

We had recently purchased a Sleep Number bed/foundation that we were very unhappy with. We returned it and immediately purchased a Tempurpedic. We had looked at them several times prior to the Sleep Number bed. We are now thrilled and sleep great with the bedding.

It's been a month and I already love my bed. It doesn't suck me in (which I don't like in a mattress), it's not hot at all and it's just the right amount of comfy softness. Just amazing. A friend of mine laid on my bed as she's looking for a new mattress and she was floored! All around 5 stars. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for an amazing product!

Tempurpedic customer service is horrible. The bed is good, but the service is terrible. We ordered our bed and base and needed to replace the base. We made several calls to customer service in an attempt to replace the base. We were made many false promises. If we didn't continue to follow up, I believe that our issue would never have been solved. Tempurpedic needs to give their customer service professionals better tools to be able to do their job. As nice as the people were, they were barely able to help us with a simple product replacement.
