I'm 4'10 about 118lbs, strict side sleeper (person #1) and partner is 5'2 about 220lbs, can sleep however (person #2). This bed is fairly firm and perfect for #2- even converted #2 from a stomach to back and side sleeper. #1 has history of back and hip issues- the mattress has been great in these areas, but now #1 suffers from elbow and shoulder pain due to the firm pressure of the mattress- as a side sleeper, I feel tortured flipping in pain from one side to the other all night. I like the fitted sheets and the ergo adjustable bed frame. My advise: if you are 2 people at different sizes, get your own mattress, this is too firm for a petite person

At first the mattress wasn't as comfortable as I thought that it should be for the money paid, & I thought that I had made a big mistake! I've had my bed for about 2 months now & I don't know exactly when it happened but the mattress is perfect!! I have fibromyalgia & thought that I needed a softer mattress, but boy was I wrong. My mattress feels as if it had been made for my body, not too soft & not too hard. This has been the best investment I've made to date & I am 67 years old.

We love our King ProAdapt Firm. We had a Classic Deluxe and needed to replace. We knew the new mattress would feel extremely firm at first but softens up after sleeping on it. Worth not having backaches. The ProAdapt is taller than our older model so being 5'3", I have to have a step stool to get onto the bed. Minor problem for the comfort. We also have Tempur-Pedic mattresses in our guest rooms.

The thing I do not like about the mattress is that the middle of the mattress feels firm but the sides of the mattress feels softer which I thought the mattress would feel like all over. In the store, I only laid on the sides of the mattress and not in the middle because I thought the mattress would feel the same all over.

We purchased the Pro Adapt soft mattress after trying one at the local store. Once delivered the labels show it to be the same one but this one is very firm / hard. My wife has back issues and this is making it worse, not better. After a couple months of no change, we have made arrangements with the store to replace it with a different mattress - not Tempurpedic. We had a Tempurpedic years ago but this one was not like it was. Very disappointed.

I very much like this mattress however; the firm is a bit too hard and next level down was too soft. The mattress was delivered on 7/5/19 and each night it gets a bit more comfortable for me. So far no issues, it replaced ten year old tempur-pedic mattress. My favorite thing is when my wife turns over at night I get no movement on my side of the bed

As a teen I had adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, the result being a fusion of a eight inch rod in my back. I am now close to 68, over the years l worked 8 to 10 hours a day doing heavy lifting and standing on hard concrete floors. I also carried 2 sets of twins. As I have gotten older, I now have degenerative scoliosis in my lower back with 5 bad disc, I don't let that slow me down. I still mow my 2 acre lawn, do all the yard work including the weed wacking. Most days I am so sore I can hardly walk, as I take nothing for pain, but I sleep like a baby. Best investment I have ever made. I always wanted a Tempur Pedic, but couldn't afford one. I really wish I had bought one years ago. I love the way it conforms to my body. I sleep really well and wake up with little or no pain at all. I am more than really happy and the price was well worth it, and I would gladly payed more, just for the comfort and the best nights sleep that I have had in forty years, no kidding. I love my new mattress. I very highly recommend a Tempur Pedic to everyone.

Did not get restful sleep until I GOT MY NEW MATTRESS and have been sleeping soundly ever since. My new one is better than my old one. Coupled with the adjustable base and I don't snore as bad, no sore throat when i wake up. If you want a good nights sleep this is it. I don't even get up to go to the bathroom 3 times a night anymore. I suspect discomfort was waking me, vacating my bladder allowed my joints to get back in alignment so I could go back to sleep every night. Now if I wake up I really do have to go. Ordered a twin long and mattress is too firm, so they are delivering a soft tomorrow. Great service and they honor their 90-day guarantee to try out the mattress. If you like a firm mattress, this one is for you, but try medium firm in a store first to be sure.

I had a 22 year old Tempur pedic mattress and for about a year I was waking up with a back ache. It goes away after I start moving around. I thought I should get a new mattress. It is a very hard decision to make when you pick out a mattress. I'm still not convinced that I have made the right choice and I still don't know if I should return it. I still wake up with pain, but it's not as bad. I have no pain while I sleep and no pain during the day after the pain goes away in the morning.
