First impression upon lying down was that it was too firm, but almost immediately we realized it was extremely comfortable. We've owned this now for 3 weeks and we have never slept better. No more backaches or shoulder aches and it is easy to get out of bed in the morning. Couldn't be happier.

My wife and I have been looking to buy a new mattress for some time. We both have back problems. I was looking at many different memory foam mattress but none of them will support weight over 200 lbs. Unbeknown to me my wife went furniture shopping before Christmas. She called me and asked me to come and check the mattress out. We decided on the Pro adapt medium split king. All I can say is we are both having the best sleep ever. We both wake up with no back or neck pain. After a week of sleeping on the new mattress, one evening I said to my wife that I could remember many years ago that I would never spend that kind of money on a bed. I am glad that we did.

I suffer from chronic back pain and fatigue from a herniated disc in my lower back. I have tried a few different mattresses in the past to relieve this pain but none helped. Most were too soft or not firm enough, I would literally toss and turn all nigh trying to get comfortable. But once I purchased my Tempur- Pro Adapt Firm mattress all my discomfort and restless nights ended. I was able to get a goodnights sleep waking up feeling rested and energetic. I'am completely satisfied with my new mattress I only wish I had gotten it sooner it has totally changed my life and my nights for the better.

I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. I sleep on my side so I elected to go with the Soft- ProAdapt mattress. My previous mattress was 8 years old so it was definitely time for an upgrade. This mattress changed my life! No more waking up in the morning feeling tired from tossing turning all night. Its so soft it feels like you are sleeping on a cloud!!! This is truly the best mattress on the market.

I switched from 1 brand new mattress to this, thinking it would be great for a side sleeper as well as being cooler, I was wrong. It still 100 degrees and have to toss and turn as it is very stiff. Feels more like an extra firm mattress than medium. I am hoping it will get softer, but right now it is like sleeping on cement.

I have had it for a little over 2 weeks now and it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever used. It conforms to your body and helps you stay cool throughout the night with the cooling gel. I'm 6'2", 270. larger than your average human man. I have chronic lower back issues. For many years, I urged my partner to get a Tempur-pedic and he finally agreed after seeing many videos about the new cooling cover. We got it about 30 days ago and my first thought was that it was too firm. Now I feel it's just right. PERFECT for both of us, actually. I hope it lasts, that is my only concern, as it's pricey.

We thought by now, we'd either love it or hate it. However, we have some good nights sleep and others where the firm mattress is "too" hard. We may end up switching it for the medium; we didn't think it would take this long to make a decision - - still not sure it's for us.

I toss and turn a lot on this mattress and if I sleep over 6 hours, I wake up with pain in my middle to lower back. I am 6'2" and weight between 195-200-ish. I have been to both my family practitioner and a chiropractor to confirm that I do not have any back issues, injuries or circumstances that would cause me back pain. I travel for work and will sleep on a hotel mattress at least a couple times a month and usually sleep like a baby with out tossing and turning and with out back pain. My wife also did not like her bed and ask that I put her Next Alexander Hybrid back on her side. I will probably go with a Sealy Posturepedic . I bought them for my 11 and 16 year old and they love them.

This is a mixed review of the Pro-adapt medium hybrid mattress. My husband is very pleased with it. I do not find it as soft as the model we tried out in the store. I wake up most mornings with pain in my back and hips that I did not have as often with my old mattress. I feel we will be purchasing a topper (another expense) of some sort in the future to make it better for me. Hopefully it will be still comfortable for him. I also do not like that I cannot sit on the side of the bed to put my slippers on in the morning. It slides me right off the bed.
