This bed is a lifesaver! We were worried about purchasing a bed online and with the pandemic, not able to go to a store a lay on it, gave me anxiety. After many months of researching we finally decided on the Tempur-ProAdapt Firm. Purchasing online was easy and customer service was great with all our questions about delivery protocol. When they delivered they wore masks, gloves and booties! Took our old mattress away and all the packaging! The first night was the best sleep I have had in years! The bed is cool, firm and contouring. Firm but not too firm. I was having a ton of lower back/hip pains with our old bed. We have had our Tempur-ProAdapt bed for two months now and I am still getting restful pain free sleep.

I have had back issues from my two previous mattresses and was a little hesitant to try a soft. I am so happy that after years I'm getting a full night sleep I do not ache when I get out of bed in the morning. It's been heaven. Worth the money for sure.

So this is my second tempur-pedic bed. My husband had been bugging me to get a king bed, even though the queen I had was still amazing after 7 years. So when we were shopping it looks like some of the models had changed. This after our first night sleep I immediately noticed this bed didn't sleep any where near as hot as my old one! However, like my previous bed, there is a breaking in period sort of like shoes so that the bed can sort of conform to your body. This takes a bit of time, but if you're upgrading for a not so quality bed this might be an instant upgrade. I really like the updates and changes since my last purchase and when it came time to buy a bigger bed, I really didn't consider anything else!

I was expecting it to help with my lower back pain and I was blown away when it pretty much got rid it altogether. It's the perfect amount of support and relief if you spend a lot of time sitting. For years I've been tossing and turning at night and then waking achy and sore in the morning. I finally realized the problem could be the firmness of my mattress. By that point I had owned 2 Tempur-pedicure mattresses. So I did my research - again Tempur-pedic was the top choice. I ordered a Pro Adapt firm. What a HUGE difference!! I'm sleeping better than I have in years! every night is a treat. To say I'm happy with my purchase is an understatement. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is nothing short of a miracle, gone for us are the days waking up feeling stiff somewhere or just needing to stretch. My wife and I live physical lives and are very fit. We purchased the firm option and its definitely not a bed you can just jump into as it feels like jumping on wood. That being said, as you lay in it, the mattress molds to your body in the most perfect manner. After a few weeks it does soften a bit but not in a bad way. Our sleep is phenomenal with absolutely no more night disturbances or tossing and turning. If you've had it with soft plush beds that leave you feeling sore each day I cannot recommend this one enough. So worth the extra dollars. Best investment we've made.

Despite a delay in delivery, our mattress has turned out to be what we wanted. We went for the firm, which is similar to the conventional mattress we replaced, that was nearly 20 years old. It did take a couple nights to get used to the fact that it was actually firm (with reasonable give), but now after a month we are both sleeping well. Because we both tend to sleep in multiple positions, back, side and prone, I'm pleased that it seems accommodating to any position.

We just bought our second Tempurpedic-ProAdapt Firm mattress because we love it so much! We have a second home in Florida, which is where we spend the winter months. We first bought this mattress for our bed in Kentucky and it dramatically improved our sleeping there. When we came to Florida this winter, we missed the bed so much! We love the support that we had been feeling with the Tempurpedic mattress. After much debate, we decided to duplicate the bed for the time we are here. At first, we felt the bed was too firm, but after a week, we were in love with it! Good support for the back! Took care of my husband's restless legs.

We both like a firm mattress, and I especially need one because of lower back problems, but this was a new level of firm. Yet sleeping and watching TV on this mattress is as comfortable as I've been on a mattress. It's firm but not hard, if that makes sense.
