[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the product and customer service from ordering at the tempurpedic store, delivery to the unfortunate return were commendable. The proadapt medium hybrid split king did support my hips and back which I have issues with however i found my neck getting more sore (which I also have issues with, the mattress didn't cause but irritated). Purchased the tempurpedic neck pillow in hopes of fixing the issue with no luck. I have spoke to many friends who love the product it just didn't work for me. I was tempted to try another style but was worried it may result in the same neck issue.

We ordered our split king pro-adapt medium hybrid mattress and adjustable base from a local distributor of tempurpedic products. The delayed delivery was over 4 weeks. We were told to expect the delivery the following week, however the wait time was over 4 weeks. We were never informed of the delay. and we did not get any communication from anyone about the delay. This delay and lack of communication was very disappointing . The mattress was set by our delivery person and that process was fine. He showed us how to use the remotes and explained the adjustable base to us. The biggest problem was the smell from the bed. After approximately 3 days my husband stated waking up with a head ache and dizziness. The longer he was out of bed the better his headache became. I did not have this problem, however the smell is very strong and irritating. We have been airing the bed daily and trying to tolerate the smell. We have been sleeping on the bed about 2 weeks. The mattress definitely feels much different than a traditional mattress. When I get into bed, I feel like I am sinking into the mattress and it seems to be hard to roll over during the night. My husband does not complain about this issue. Overall, the mattress is ok. For the price that we paid, I was expecting to fall in love with the bed, but I did not. My husband seems satisfied and states he is sleeping better. So for us, I don't think we would purchases this product again. We are still within the 90 day return window and have not decided if we will return. We also considered a sleep number bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a Tempur-Pedic for years. I held off due to the pricetag. However, after recently being in an auto accident, I was miserable at night. I would toss and turn and was in extreme pain. I decided it was time for the Tempu-Pedic, regardless of the cost. It has been the best decision I have made and regret not doing it sooner. I sleep incredibly better and it helps greatly reduce my pain. I absolutely love my new bed. Only downside: I never want to get out of it.

I was impressed with this mattress on the very first night, and have continued to be impressed. I'd always been a bit skeptical when it came a mattress' ability to regulate temperature and keep a person cool throughout the night. In my head I'd say things like, "Ya, right. I'm sure it's a rip off. There's no way a mattress could do that." But, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and take a chance and my goodness, I'm so glad that I did! I'm happy to admit that I was wrong, but I think my body is even happier! Ever since I switched out my old mattress for my new Tempur-ProAdapt, my sleep has drastically improved. Night after night I'm sleeping cooler, more comfortable, and waking up more rested than ever before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only slept on this mattress for a little more than 30 days. I suffer from sciatica. So far using the adjustable bed in the zero gravity position has help me sleep more comfortable. I'm still not sure about the firmness. It seems to be extra firm. I'm wishing I had gotten a softer mattress. Overall, this mattress is much more comfortable than the previous I own. The thing I don't like about it is the smell. It still has this chemical smell even after 30 days.

Greatest dang mattress I've EVER owned. I'm a 54 year old man 8n great shape compared to my friends. I didn't need some crazy bed because my back ached or something.. It was Just Time for a new bed. I went with this memory foam as opposed to the standard springs.. Best thing I ever did. I'll NEVER go back. Best night's sleep you'll ever have. I like a firm mattress and this was perfect. Some peeps complain like it's too firm or something.. It's NOT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great mattress that has helped eliminate my back problems. The new design with the easy zip cover is stylish and easier to remove. I've been using this for several months now and as a result the back pain and problems I have experienced have been Reduced to the point where I'm not in pain most of the time unlike before now. So I can undoubtably say the Tempur-pedic pro adapt firm mattress has improved the quality of my life.

Before I got this bed, I woke up several times an hour every hour. Now I sleep soundly through the night. I have terrible back pain, which was our primary reason for buying this bed. When I lay on my bed, my back pain is gone! Best bed I have ever bought.

I was a little concerned switching from an innerspring to a memory foam type of mattress however with the Pro Adapt Hybrid, it literally is the best of both worlds! Great edge support as well as great comfort from the hybrid mattress. I have slept very well since day one on this mattress and am so glad that I purchased it along with the Ergo Extend adjustable base. You know you made the right choice when you have complete and uninterrupted sleep, and awake refreshed and ready to start the day!

We absolutely love this bed! Prior to this we had bought a "memory foam" bed on line that was suppose to be amazing (little to no reviews, no one heard of it) and what ended up happening is, it was not good enough! I would get out of bed and my whole body ached! I thought, "I guess this is what old feels like" (I'm 30 years old). My husband stands on his feet all day and would complain of back pain, again we assumed it was being over weight and getting old (he's 33). To our surprise the bed was firmer than the show model and took some getting used to, maybe 5 nights. I immediately noticed a difference when I woke up and stood up from the bed, no pain, and no aches! I feel completely young again! My husband hasn't had back pain since! He has more energy now and we could not be happier! We would recommend this type of bed for everyone! There is a reason why they are the best and we now know, we cant put a price a good sleep!
