The mattress itself is pretty comfortable. Not as comfortable as I thought it would be for the price, but it's a good mattress. I'm 6' around 175lb my wife is 5'9" around 125lb and we both sleep pretty sound..... but constantly wake up sweating. While the mattress does contour to your body, it also traps a lot of heat in and causes a lot of heat. If you sleep cold and want to be hot, you'll love it. If you're like most people and would like to sleep cool.... this isn't the mattress for you.

I had a cloud for 7 years that started to sag and Tempur-Pedic stood up to its promise and fulfilled my warranty. Just a week after my claim I received my new bed. It's amazing! I am so impressed by them standing by their product and am in love with my new bed. Comfortable on day 1. After 2 spine surgeries (including a fusion) I could not be more comfortable! Slept all night without a bit of pain. Thank you tempurpedic!! You have a customer for life! The pro adapt hybrid medium is the perfect balance of comfort and support.

I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever. Absolutely NOT for senior citizens, extremely difficult to change the sheets since this mattress is very heavy (queen size). I regret immensely buying it but after spending over $3000 I am stuck for life. 1st time putting a sheet on by trying to lift one side, something snapped in my shoulder & I have not recovered yet from this injury. I wish I could return it & recoup some of my money but I know it's not possible so unfortunately for me, I'll have to straggle with it for the rest of my life (I'm in my late 70's). Sorry Tempur-Pedic, I DO NOT RECOMMEND your mattress, this model or any other Tempur-Pedic model as well especially for older adults. For many years I had Sleep Number bed in king size (2 X twin) but after my husband passing, I moved & downsized so I bought this queen size mattress. I wish I could go back to the Sleep Number mattress & get rid of the Tempur-Pedic one but I can't afford to do just that.

We bought this mattress in August 2020 and so far we like it. We like the way it sleeps cool and conforms to help with pressure points. I would have given it a 5 star but it is still new and we are "breaking" it in. I have been told it will get softer in time, and I hope this is true. I don't wake up sore or hurting anywhere, and it gives good support too. I have no complaints and would recommend this mattress.

I originally bought a Sealy Posturepedic - but quickly returned it and upgraded to the Temper-Pro Adapt, Medium Hybrid. That was the best thing I've done in a long time! This is an amazing bed - and I recommend it to everyone who asks... A+++ Superior quality and craftsmanship - hands down the best bed on the market.

We have been sleeping in comfort on Tempur-Pedic for the last 11 years. We had a 20 year warranty and when our mattress developed a swag we upgraded to a Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid. It took a while for our bodies to adjust to the firmer coil make up but as soon as it did our sleep has never been better. Thank you Temper- Pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally bought a new mattress this year. Although I cringed at the price, this mattress has been amazing. My joints feel good when I wake up. Before I would wake up, My back would be killing me and every joint in my body would hurt. Buying this is the best decision we could have made. It is not hot to sleep on. I do not toss and turn all night like I use to. I barely feel my husband move. I never thought I would sleep this well. I highly recommend this bed! We have not found any negatives yet.

I recently had the opportunity to receive a TempurPedic Pro-Adapt (soft) bed, and the timing was PERFECT! I am a very light sleeper, but the husband is not - and he's always fidgety, snoring, talking in his sleep, and waking me up multiple times a night. Add to that insomnia, and it's rare that I get a full night of restorative sleep! My husband also has back issues, and it's not uncommon for him to move to the FLOOR in the middle of the night! Our bed arrived while I was in the middle of my first mural project - I was exhausted but sleeping very poorly. After the first two nights, my husband actually accused ME of snoring! The difference for us is that I don't feel every single movement my husband makes, and therefore wake much less often. And while I still struggle with middle-of-the-night insomnia, the sleep I do get is deeper and with more vivid dreams. I was really re-energized after a few nights with this bed, and completed my mural ahead of schedule! My husband has also not needed to move to the floor at night - this mattress is firm enough for him, but still soft enough for me! One of my favorite things about this mattress is the Smartclimate cooling cover. Hot flashes are a real struggle, especially at night! I still get warm at night, but I don't wake up drenched in sweat like before! Huge win. I would definitely recommend this bed for anyone who is a light sleeper and/or dealing with nighttime hot flashes. We love it!

We bought this bed 2 1/2 years ago, on recommendation from a family member.... salesman at Slummerland pushed this mattress...now I know why... depressions with mid bed "ridge" VERY uncomfortable on back and joints!!!! The 10 year warranty was denied... "depressions not deep enough".... NOW WORKING TO TELL EVERYONE NOT TO BUY TEMPUR PEDIC!!!!!!!!
