It cleans great, and the clean up of the machine is super easy! The head swivels and makes it easy to get under the cabinets and other hard to reach spaces. It moves really smooth across the floor, and makes cleaning so much easier!!

Polishes up the wood floors really well, love that it's cordless so you don't have to deal with everything that comes with a cord. Uses minimal water and picks it up well. The one thing that I'd say isn't the best is cleaning it up and making sure you do a good job so it doesn't get stinky!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the concept of the two in one cleaning but it only seems to work on flat surfaces. I have rough tiles in one area and the nooks between the tiles remained dirty. I wished the Crosswave would signal when an area is clean since it looked like I was working through the same area multiple times and still getting dirty water. The charge seemed to last from 30-40 min. making it a bit harder to do the whole house in one go. The self cleaning brush is great but if you are using on a daily basis and having to dry it or it gets smelly it's definitely time consuming. I would suggest a cleaning and drying option for the brush and a rougher brush for uneven rough tiles for consistent clean.

It does very well on my hardwood and tile flooring especially for minor spills and messes. It just feels really good when I am holding on to it. As soon as I lower the handle to get it to start it immediately starts spinning and is ready to go right away! I really enjoy having this cordless Wet/Dry Vac in my home because it is just so easily ready whenever I want it, it's always charged up and ready to go! I have a Golden Retriever dog that sheds like crazy and 2 cats that leave litter everywhere. This BISSELL CrossWave has made my life so much easier by being able to cleanup after them so easily!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Crosswave HF3 has made my life that much easier. Operating the crosswave is really easy with just the push of a button. Right when you turn it on it almost wants to roll by itself, I love this compared to other heavier multi vacs I've tried. The cross wave doesn't leave my floor with streaks and it dries pretty quickly. The added accessories for clean up are a nice addition too. I really don't have any cons for this Bissell, it's a great wet/dry vacuum. Definitely recommend this one over other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My house has a mixture of hardwood and carpeted floors. Our upstairs is all carpet and the full size vacuum lives there. For everything downstairs, we've traditionally used a mop and broom... until we got the Bissell HF3. This vac is great for everyday cleanups. We have 2 kids in grade school that leave trails of crumbs everywhere! The HF3 is light enough to pull out any time we need a quick cleanup after a meal or snack. The wet/dry option makes it really versatile and great for crumbs and when things get sticky. It's not too loud and it's portable enough to not have to make a judgement call on whether or not you want to go through the hassle of getting something out to clean a mess or just let the dog eat it up. I wouldn't say this is the best for a deep clean, but for everything in between, this is a great solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a brand new Bissell Crosswave HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface hard floor cleaner as Christmas gift however it came early and I just had to give it a try. It was very easy to assemble out of the box, one click of the handle and it was ready. I put on the charger because it came slightly charged. While it was charging I read the directions which were very simple to understand and I registered it for warranty. I was amazed at how much dirty and pet hair it picked up with my first usage. It was very easy to take apart and clean. I love that how easy with a push of a button the machine cleans self. The only downside I can see is that you have to wait at least 24hrs for the parts to completely dry before you can use again however when I looked onsite at parts & supplies you can purchase extra brushes, extra filters, extra dirty tank assembly and extra squeegee. I will be purchasing these extra parts that way when one is cleaned and drying my CrossWave HF3 is ready to clean up messes.

Mopping is very labor intensive and this makes cleaning a breeze. There are no streaks on the hardwood. The battery is long lasting and the self cleaning feature is amazing. It is easy to take apart for further cleaning and drying. The floors dried fast so I am comfortable that it will not damage my hardwood.
