I thought I was buying a 12 pack of the envelopes of Idahoan mashed potatoes. These cups are probably easier and are great for 1 person, but they are too small for my husband and me.

I recently received this product with the shipping box being in excellent condition. When I opened the box 9 out of 12 containers of the potatoes were bent and damaged. There was no possible way to fill containers with the appropriate amount of water to cook in microwave. I have order these before and they were fine but this order was terrible. The damage was not done by the shipping company because the shipping container was not damaged. Very dissatisfied because 3 containers cost over $12.00.

These mashed potatoes are very convenient and easy to prepare.
