I purchased two boxes of these before even trying and I'm glad I did. These taste really good and is very easy to prepare. I remove my lid and sprinkle Tabitha Brown very good garlic all purpose seasoning in the cup than pour my hot water and stir. I didn't have any shredded cheese but I did add some sour cream. This was a meal on it's own. Hope they continue to carry this.

I thought I was buying a 12 pack of the envelopes of Idahoan mashed potatoes. These cups are probably easier and are great for 1 person, but they are too small for my husband and me.

Delicious and easy to prepare, just add water! These cups were so convenient after having surgery.
