The weed eater uses very thin spline. As such, it takes a while to trim a small area. The battery loses power before much is done. Luckily there are two batteries. The blower is surprisingly strong. I can blow my deck off with one battery. I'm pleased with the blower. I have not had a chance to wield the trimmers yet, but they look sturdy. Overall, I have a hard time starting our gas powered equipment- so if you need to do small areas by yourself (or live in small rental) this is an ok set. Props to the blower!

Bought this on sale for a great price. Just wanted some easy to use cordless lawn/gardening tools to maintain my yard in between lawn service. Set up was easy. The blower is powerful enough, have not used the hedger or the edging tool yet. Looks like they are good quality. Hope it lasts.

Well... It's almost a hassle. I should've done better research b/c all these pieces at such a bargain should've been a red flag. The batteries do NOT last long, that's a BIG issue. The weed eater/trimmer/edger is NOT auto feed or bump feed, I have to stop, bend over and pull strong as needed. When edging, the wheels FALL OFF. The blower, isn't that strong (to me). I've never used a gas blower, but I have a corded electric one. It works better. I get about 15-20 minutes of battery life with the blower on high. I got abt 15 minutes with the weed eater.

Excellent set of tools for the sale price. The weedeater worked real well and my son like the edger. The hedge trimmer worked well and the blower was powerful enough for my use but sucked up the battery. With 2 batteries and a charger it worked out well.

I am quite pleased with this set. Light weight and easy to use, the blower has high/low setting and string trimmer safety feature that requires button start for power. I haven't tried the hedge trimmer yet, I expect it will preform as well as blower and trimmer. They have plenty of power and I've yet to run out of battery power when using around my home to clean decks/driveway of usual spring droppings from trees/bushes. Recharging is quick and interchanging batteries very convenient. So happy to have quiet, odorless, and cordless tools!!

I wanted to go from corded to cordless yard items and these certainly filled the bill. I love the wheels on the trimmer for the edging. Was worried that it was only a one string, but it cuts just fine. Blower has two speeds which is handy when you need to gently move things along. Have not used the hedge trimmer, but confident it will work fine.

The trimmer works very well but lacks a bit in power. However is does the job well, The blower is a surprise with al the force that it has and how well it can move objects. The hedge trimmer works extremely well and I have only cut up to 1/2 inch branches. The batteries hold their charges much longer than any 2.0 amp hour I have ever used and they charge quickly.

So light weight and works perfectly for everyday jobs and cleanup.

Disappointed that the batteries do not show how much life left

Works well for my small backyard and I don't have to worry about smelling like gas after yardwork
